For all the love Republicans and Elon’s most enamored sycophants give to DOGE, it’s wild how none of you ever stop to ask why you’re so trusting of a billionaire immigrant from South Africa who only became a U.S. citizen a few years ago. He has never worked in government. He has no experience running public agencies. Yet somehow he is treated like the ultimate authority on how they should function.
You eat up everything he says because you don’t care about good governance. You care about conflict. You care about chaos. You love watching things get torn down. You love violence. You love destruction of property. Stop pretending otherwise. You just don’t want it to happen to you. But when you let it happen to everyone else, it eventually circles back. It always does.
This isn’t a wake-up call. I honestly don’t care if you keep following Elon. That’s your right. But following him blindly doesn’t make you smart.
When I call Elon a fascist and you respond with “you don’t even know what fascism means,” what that tells me is you don’t have a real argument. It tells me you don’t know what fascism means. You probably don’t know what communism means either. You probably don’t know much at all. You just want to argue because you don’t like being confronted with facts.
You say I’m using AI. And? You don’t think I’d use AI to look up the definition of fascism if I didn’t already know it? You don’t think I educate myself before I speak? You just don’t like what I have to say because it doesn’t fit your worldview. Maybe you hate Democrats. Maybe you hate gay people. Or maybe you only want people who play for your team. But that’s not how the world works, buttercup.
It was all fun and games when Trump brought Elon in and let him open DOGE. But now the damage is showing. The consequences are real. When you actually look at what they’ve done, there’s not much there. They’ve destroyed more than they’ve built. So keep cheering them on. All you’re really doing is proving you’re isolationist, incompetent, and yes, fascist. That word bothers you because it describes your political movement with uncomfortable accuracy.
