I managed to find the RGBHV output pins of it, and it shows that the RGB output is pretty normal.

That does not look like something related to the computer itself but the LCD panel. Check if any of the LCD power rails are oscillating, it will reflect on the screen as it's exactly those voltages that flip the lcd molecules inside the glass... Particularly capacitors.
