Joseph Neumeyer is an acclaimed leader, geo-strategist, and academic recognized for his work and advocacy across The Commonwealth, European Union, and world - in both infrastructure, mercantile banking, and entrepreneurship. He has spent 10 years developing carbon accounting and infrastructure systems - and working towards the development of Global Infrastructure and Emergence Based Computing (with academic research in complex systems, infrastructure statistics and topology. His primary focus is in the development of three infrastructure projects to align with Carbon-based computing and rare-earth management. Currently based in the Eastern Hemisphere - with offices across 3 countries. Outside of business, he has led successful federal elections campaigns, managed teams of 70, and built four companies - reaching a value of 64m - and had the opportunity to work with leading researchers in mathematics, complexity science, and photonics - including Dr. Akihiro Mochisuki and Dr. Stephane H Mayes. Neumeyer has degrees in Philosophy of Mathematics/Science and International Business Management and has studied at William & Mary, Skidmore College, University College London, University College Dublin, and University of Denver (all honors) - and had the opportunity to travel widely - visiting more than 60 countries and dedicating time to the pursuit of inter-cultural and international project management. He enjoys geoeconomics, extreme sports, and language - and has led and devoted years to the study of complexity science and topology as it applies to world systems. He is last in a long line of distinguished Jewish academics - leaders - and innovators - including Dr. Neumeyer, one of the key lawyers involved in creating the League of Nations and founder of international Environmental law. |
