Wow, you really piled a lot into one comment. Should I show the same compassion Donald Trump does when he refuses to send FEMA to Republican states? What exactly are we supposed to think when he mocks Californians who lose everything in wildfires?
As for Riley’s murder, it’s pretty clear the reason you all care is because the suspect wasn’t born here. If it were some MAGA guy who did it, you wouldn’t be plastering her face across your timeline. There are girls murdered by American men every single day, but those don’t fit your narrative, so they’re ignored.
I hold politicians accountable all the time, probably more than you do. I don’t need to trauma-dump in a post to prove that. And let’s be honest, I’m not in the mood to help MAGA with anything. You’ve gutted your own safety nets and now want sympathy when the consequences show up. You voted for the policies that left you hanging. You cheer on the bigotry, the corruption, the cruelty.
You want to talk about taking care of Americans? Start by caring about one another instead of worshipping a wannabe dictator. Until then, don’t ask for help from people you’ve spent years demonizing.
