To Iranians, I'm truly sorry for what has happened as innocent people of Iran didn't deserve this aggression.
I am from Pakistan, and I wish we had better relationships with Iran, I have no idea why they are not strong already, as both countries are strategicaly placed next to each other and could potentially support each other economically and in many other aspects.
I hope that you guys can find strength in the face of crisis and come back stronger, best of luck..
My family left Iran in 1979, as Armenians from Iran. However, to see much of the diaspora in California and across the USA celebrate this is completely disgusting. Many of the diaspora consider themselves “white” and don’t speak farsi and have the gall to say Javid Shah. The prince of Iran is a joke and has not done a damn thing for iranians at home, and if he gave a shit he would have. This war is disgraceful, and if the iranian people and its many cultural and ethnic minorities want to change the regime, they will themselves. This is not the diasporas job to lecture of a future shahist regime because IT WILL NEVER COME AGAIN. Just to make a point to the shahists in the sub, Pahlavi dynasty literally overthrew a democratically elected prime minister in 1953 for the sake of US and Western Interests with THEIR SUPPORT, while the shah was in SWITZERLAND AND AFRICA!
My parents heard the prince’s speech a few days ago and were laughing throughout it. He is doing this for his own financial interest while pocketing the money of the diaspora. To tell the iranian people to protest in the streets and that there is a contingency plan, makes me believe he doesnt want to get his own hands dirty and actually do something for the people of Iran.
Hello Persian old friends! I'm deeply unhappy with the illegal intervention of USA in the conflict in your respectable country. My most wholehearted condolences for the innocent children, women and elderly that were martyred by the evil Zionist regime. May you be victorious in your ongoing struggle.
It Was Planned All Along! Deep State planned it all along! It Was Planned All Along! Deep State planned it all along!
I'm not Iranian but my message to you is Stay Strong friends. 90% of the world were rooting for you yesterday. So stay firm since the world is having your back. You can read any comments in Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, German, French, etc, and Everyone thinks Iran is David fighting against Goliath. Everyone feels like you are the last sword fighting against injustice.
In this world of cowards only the brave ones will be remembered
I want to ensure all of you, we will not go to war and fight against Iran as many young Americans.
The only people that would are the minority that won the state electoral votes.
Not New York—not California.
If they want to wipe themselves out against your military, they’re doing us all a favor.
In an event that we’re all drafted, we will rather die knowing we did not get involved even in combat.
We won’t take peoples lives for an unethical and unjust war.
And I apologize for what that clown did.
He’s a coward and will always be.
He can’t fight, he eats McDonalds and drink Diet Coke, looks like a fat orange pig, and rather have people dead because his opinions said so.
Four more years and I think most of America will vote for anti-fascism.
We need to stop countries that kill innocent children and civilians.
I feel like you don’t think much of us but to us Indians- war and killing of children is never okay. Our Dosti is as old as human civilisation and we still hold that warmth towards you. I am sure our government is having back channel talks with other countries to prevent any escalation as Iran is an important strategic country for us but nonetheless we don’t want any bloodshed by the hands of so called “torchbearers” of democracy. We Indians love nothing more than peace. I hope there is peace soon and you’ll always be in our thoughts.
Very few asked for this and those very few are Call of Duty basement dwellers that have never experienced war.
This was done illegally and without congressional approval. I do not agree with this and feel disgusted. I am so sorry!
Sorry for what's happening to your country. Its always them, I despise them, how are they just allowed to attack any country they want without any repercussions. They cry at Iran for nuclear weapons, but refuse to say about their nuclear arsenal, hypocrisy, the West stands with Iran.
Wishing everyone in Iran love. We've (me and mum) visited Iran 3 years ago and I will definitely return in my life!
Beautiful country, beautiful people, amazing food, extremely nice atmosphere.
Recently I just watched someone of Persian descent claim Persians should only identify as Persians and not Iranian because the Shah only changed the name to Iran to appease Hitler/Nazi Germany and associate themselves with the master Aryan race. However, according to my research, Persian is a term of ethnicity while Iranian is a term of nationality and the name predates Nazism by centuries. So this prompts me to ask where exactly this claim came from and why exactly would people of Persian descent not identify with the term Iran/Iranian.
Basically been thinking visiting Iran with my wife for a while, but due current situation will have to wait once everything will settle down.
Can dual a citizens let's say of Russia and US enters Iran using let's say Russian passport with a valid visa but having US passport in the backpack. If customs find that second passport, will it be a problem?
As a Pakistani, my heart stands with the people of Iran during these difficult times. The recent Israeli aggression against Iran is not just an attack on one nation — it’s an attack on the dignity and sovereignty of the entire region.
We may come from different countries, but we share deep bonds of culture, faith, and resistance against oppression. The people of Iran have always shown resilience in the face of pressure, sanctions, and direct attacks. Today, we stand shoulder to shoulder with you, not just as neighbors, but as brothers.
May peace prevail, may justice be served, and may the people of Iran find strength in these trying times.
Zendeh Bād Irān (زنده باد ایران) — Long Live Iran!
I cannot believe this is happening in my lifetime. This does not feel real. I cannot believe my dad and thousands of other Iranians voted for this. Iranians do not deserve this. I'm so scared of what is to come. I'm so scared of how quickly this will escalate. We deserve so much better as a people.
I despise Israel so much and am ashamed of my countries complicity in their violence. Me and many other Americans are on your side. Stay strong and have faith. May you all find peace and strength during these trying times 💜 🇺🇸 🤝 🇮🇷
🖤 AmirAli Amini, just 12 years old, was killed alongside his father.
🥇 Only God knows how many times he pictured an Olympic gold medal hanging around his neck.
🔰 We’ll stand with Iran until our last breath—so that no child’s dream is buried.

To the People of Iran,
My name is Kylie, and I’m writing from a small town in Nebraska, near the Pine Ridge Reservation. We may be far apart, but I want you to know that I see you, and I support your right to live in peace, to defend your sovereignty, and to be free from outside aggression or interference.
I believe in dignity for all people, no matter their nationality. I know that behind the politics and propaganda, there are real families, communities, and histories that matter deeply. You deserve to live without fear of war, sanctions, or being misunderstood.
So from the plains of Nebraska to the mountains of Iran—know that someone here is standing with you. I hope for peace, justice, and understanding between our people. You are not alone.
With respect and solidarity, Kylie

If the Arabs cannot ask US to remove US bases from their countries, then they are all occupied by the Americans, and their leaders are mere slaves of the American Regime.
Arabs countries are not democratic. They are universally authoritarian and do not allow their people the right to protest nor free speech.
Despite media and politicians trying to make it seems like Israel is on the right, it is clear to anyone that they are not and people are with you, everyone saw what those beasts are capable of and I wish you the best.
As an Indian, I want to send heartfelt solidarity and support to the people of Iran during these difficult and tense times.
We may be from different nations, but we recognize your pain, your strength, and your resilience. We pray for peace, justice, and sefety for all innocent lives caught in the middle of this conflict.
May better days come soon. You are not alone. ✊🏼❤️🇮🇳🇮🇷
My mother is from Iran, she moved to the US at a young age with my grandfather who came here for college. This situation is seriously breaking my heart, I hate that this country put someone in office who allowed this to happen. Israel continues to tear countries apart and somehow the US teams up with them and blames it on Iran. Seeing that the US bombed them infuriates me. I know there’s nothing I can really do, but this is just hurting me. I’m in college, I don’t have any motivation, I don’t want to do anything in a world like this. My heart goes out to everyone in Iran, and all the people who have family in Iran. I don’t know what’s going to happen, but if karma does its job I won’t be mad.
My family is currently stuck in Tehran and is looking for options for the safest way to leave through Armenia. Does anyone have advice on how to leave or know of drivers who can be trusted? Any advice is appreciated!
I'm truly sorry for what has happened in Iran. As someone living in Canada, I acknowledge that my country has chosen not to take sides or support either party in this situation.
I know that simply saying "sorry" is not enough. I’m committed to peacefully protesting and doing whatever is legally within my power to ensure that Canada does not contribute to this conflict.
I sincerely hope this ends as soon as possible, and that peace is restored.
i am so deeply sorry to your country. none of the people i know in my country want this war at all. it is a crime beyond words what israel and the united states have done in your region, and i can only hope for an outcome that will cause the least harm to your great nation.
Has anyone been able to call anyone in Iran today? I tried probably 200 times, but nothing. It’s just ringing. I can tell by the sound that I am not reaching Iran at all. Normally there is static noise which gives me a clue if it’s actually calling ir not. I’m going crazy, anyone have any tips on how to reach someone in Iran?
Dear Iran, I am a father of 4 from Ireland. Please direct all of your retribution to the people of Israel and the USA and not to those of us who oppose their acts. My children should not have to pay for the crimes of Israel and America.
As an American citizen I stand with Iran. Iran has shown that they are a country of their people. As everyone should be. You’ve been holding true against pressure from other countries and I respect all of you. Fuck Israel for starting this war with you.
I am at a loss of words. I think it is terrible that Iran was bombed. One of my biggest fears has been war and it is actually happening!
I live In New York City, a big important city to America, likely first to get bombed in war. Seeing all of this happen it makes me scared of what will happen if Iran retaliates.
I wish the best to all the Iranians out there, I will pray that world leaders make peace and they are no furthers injuries or causalities. God bless you all.
I want to say that i am sorry for our pathetic president who said that he supports Israel. 99% of people in my country is with the people of Iran and we all see the monstrosities that Israel is committing.. We all hope this gets over soon..
I'm at a loss for words these past days. Everything message I began typing, and that went beyond asking how they were, felt really shallow given that I'm in Europe when half of my family is not. Do I express hope? Do I confirm the gravity of the situation? I could really use some advice. How do you wish someone the best, if the situation is like this?
I like songs that have samples of older Persian music in them. Are there any that have samples by Andy, Mansour, Sandi, or black cats. Even more traditional artists like Darush that are present in Iranian hip-hop or rap music.
Has anyone been able to find a report of all of the civilian victims in Iran this week? I haven’t heard back from my family and I’m only seeing articles with a few names. Thank you, sending love to all of you
you have every right to denfend yourself against the massmurdering Israelis. I do not have to agree with everything your government does but i demand your right to selfdefense . Israel has no shame nor any morality.
Hello all,
I am an American of non-Iranian, non-Middle Eastern descent, so I realize my viewpoint is necessarily limited, but I am also 100% against what is happening to and in Iran and to Iranians worldwide right now at the hands of the evil Israeli regime. Israel attacked first, and everyone knows this. So I am trying to use whatever limited voice I have to let the people who represent me in the American government know that this war is terrible, and American involvement in it (which I recognize is already happening via helping Israel, and that is horrific in itself, but it could get much worse if the current dumbass-in-chief is in a bad mood one day) is an absolutely catastrophic prospect. I will reproduce what I've just sent my senator via email below (his office is closed today, because it is a weekend), but I want to know from actual Iranians such as yourselves: What can I do to make my message more inclusive of your views? I am approaching this from an American security perspective because frankly I don't think the American government gives a shit about civilian lives being destroyed (just like they don't care about Americans dying in the street, or of preventable disease, etc.), so I want to appeal to them in a way they'll actually consider, but I know that the real cost is in the thousands, potentially millions more lives that could be lost if this is not stopped.
If you have any suggestions of what I can include or how I can phrase things in my next message (as this is certainly not the only one I will be sending), please let me know. Thank you.
-Message to my senator begins here-
I am writing to you as a constituent of your district to urge you to PLEASE stand against the prospect of war with Iran in the most explicit terms possible. We cannot allow preemptive strikes to become acceptable as a matter of law or as an approach to foreign relations, as doing so validates this approach which can and likely will later be used by one of America's enemies to attack us in kind, as America's own possession of nuclear weapons is widely known. Israel has claimed that Iran is mere months away from developing a nuclear weapon for at least three decades, over and against the report produced by the Trump administration itself only a few months ago. Continued diplomacy is the only way forward, even if it is difficult. The massive loss of lives on all sides if this war is allowed to happen would be a million times more difficult, and this country and the planet may not survive it. Please use your voice for those of us who are otherwise not listened to by the powerful who are pushing forward with this incredibly unwise and dangerous conflict. Please work for peace. Thank you.
OpenAI is providing your data to the IDF and use it for surveillance. I highly recommend switching to Claude AI. Very scary that these companies have so much information and power.
I don’t believe in supporting a country that’s bombing Iran.
As an Iranian who no longer lives in Iran, I just want to say something that’s been weighing heavily on me as I read through this sub lately.
I’ve noticed a rise in comments -mostly from non-Iranians- urging Iranians to rise up, to fight, to throw themselves into the fire as some kind of symbol or sacrifice.
It’s so easy to sit behind a screen, oceans and kilometers away, and say things like “Iranians should rise up” or “fight back!” But it’s not your son, daughter, sister, brother, or cousin who would be shot in the streets.
Please remember that Iranians are not characters in your ideological fantasy. They're people.
If you truly care about Iranians, then don’t ask for their sacrifice. Stand with them, raise awareness, pressure your own governments. Don’t cheerlead for chaos and death from a distance.
To those who, like me, go to sleep hoping they won’t wake up to news that the neighborhood, town, or city where their family lives has been bombed: hold on to hope and keep reminding your loved ones how much they mean to you.
Salam everyone, from Turkey. My heart cries for all of you and i am out of words. I don't even know what to say, i am just so sorry. Just sending my best wishes to the people of beloved İran, insallah we will see this genocidal maniacs go down.
Sorry our government suck and is helping the isisreal regime. Sorry our people couldn't do more to help.
But know that everyone I know and almost everyone in Jordan is finally no longer brainwashed and fully support Iran. Despite what the hasbara bots might lead you to believe. Even if you strike Jordan's bases that is helping the enemy the people of Jordan stand beside you.
Hello, all.
A friend of mine studying in Malaysia has completely lost contact with her family in Shiraz.
This is a long shot, is anyone currently in Shiraz right now or know somebody there who can help find out if her family is alright?
Thank you so much. We‘re trying everything right now but she can‘t reach anybody.
After the first, second, and third days of Israeli strikes, the majority of nuclear and military installations were already destroyed. So why are the attacks continuing? What’s left to target, and what’s the endgame here?
Is this about ensuring complete disarmament, preventing reconstruction, or something else? Would love to hear different perspectives.
We do not support this & we did not vote for him. His main goal seems to be creating drama so people will watch him on the news. He doesn’t care for the wellbeing of Americans, Iranians or anyone really. We think he is a sociopathic narcissist who somehow rigged the election. We hate him.
Hey eberyone,
as we know, the internet is cut off. I’ve heard landline calls may still work. Do you know if they can receive calls or only call out?
Also, i’m in Germany and wanted to get a prepaid card to try calling them. Does anyone know of a good provider service that i can buy in local stores?
As the title states I would like to find a way to contact friends in Tehran. Since the phone and internet is severely limited there seems to be no way to contact them and find out if they are ok. Vpns stopped working so we are receiving no news from them as well. Is there anyone in this community that knows of a good way to contact them?
As with other messages here I would like to send love to the Iranian people at this difficult time in their country
What israel is doing is disgusting and ridiculous making more problems they are all ready commiting genocide in palestine they are now causing war to commence against Iran at a further scale . Israel is bringing more instability to the area and this recent attack just highlights that
Love from Ireland
