could not capture down arrow in combobox in wpf
に同じ課題があったが、解決しなかったので、次の方法で解決した旨を記載。
ComboBoxをStackPanelの中に配置し、StackPanelのPreviewKeyDownイベントで認識する。
ComboBoxの、PreviewKeyUpでは認識できるのに、Downではできなかったため。
