General Safety

1. Does the hotel/property comply with all local and national laws and regulations regarding the operation of guest accommodation? *

2. Does the hotel/property hold a valid operating licence and/or current fire, gas/fossil fuel, electricity, food hygiene and general hygiene certificates? *

10. Do any of the guest bedrooms have direct access to swim-up pools (e.g. there is direct access to a shared pool within 3 metres of the guest room)? *

11. Do all elevator (lift) entrances have signage advising not to use in the event of a fire, no smoking and that children should be accompanied? *
