Autangiboy, Zegangigirl & Mimangienby
I know that only a few people care about this blog and that there are virtually no consequences to making a hyper-specific self-indulgent post for myself, so I have no problem posting this here. However, context is important! (You can skip the context, but note that you’ll be confused when reading the flag meaning or etymology, since it’s based on my OC.)
Context
For the few people who care, I made a post about a fictional country I made called Autini. This country has a personification, a country-human, with an indescribable gender identity to say the least. I made a post asking what gender he might be overall, but no exact answer came.
Let’s dive deeper and learn how Autini’s complex gender goes. We’re going back to May 5th, 2022, when the prototype was made. A genderless persona of my countryhuman named “Qusmad” was the origin of Autini. As time went on, I made multiple other versions of the character, some male, and others androgyne. Each version was made after I rejected the previous one, so it’s safe to say that chronologically, Qusmad’s successors go from male to androgyne and so on, then there’s Autini, the current version, who is fluid between manhood and angihood himself. Is there a word more specific than “genderfluid” to describe this experience? No! Do I have the power to coin it? Yes! So, that’s what I’m going to do.
Autangiboy
Autangiboy is a gender identity about switching between male and androgyne. In other words, one might be consistently male, but female is added to their gender sometimes.
Red and white represent the colours of my countryhuman Autini due to how specific this subset of genderfluidity is, blue represents manhood, and purple represents angihood.
Autangiboy comes from the name of my character, “Autini”, the word “angi”, short for “androgyne”, and the word “boy”.
Zegangigirl
Zegangigirl is a gender identity about switching between female and androgyne. In other words, one might be consistently female, but male is added to their gender sometimes.
Teal and black represent the opposite colours of my autangiboy character, pink represents womanhood, and purple represents angihood.
Autangiboy comes from the reverse name of my character, “Zfgrmr”, the word “angi”, short for “androgyne”, and the word “girl”.
Mimangienby
Mimangienby is a gender identity about switching between atrinary/neutrois and androgyne. In other words, one might be consistently atrinary/neutrois, but androgyne is added to their gender sometimes.
Mimangienby comes from the middle letter of the alphabet, M, and the middle vowel in “aeiouy”, I, both symbolizing neutrality, (“O” is not used because the word would make “mom”, which is gendered.) the word “angi”, short for “androgyne”, and the word “enby”, short for “non-binary”.
