Windows might fail to start on some devices after installing the June 2025 Windows security update

Microsoft is aware of reports that a small subset of specific models of Windows devices fail to start after installing the June 2025 Windows security update. Some of the devices mentioned in these reports include models from Fujitsu, GIGABYTE and ThundeRobot. These reports are not necessarily related, as they include different symptoms for each of the manufacturers, including some models reporting problems on Windows 10, while others report problems on Windows 11.

Initial investigations indicate that these behaviors are linked to third-party firmware used in specific device models, which may create compatibility issues with Windows. We are working with the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to investigate and support their efforts for solutions for each of the affected devices.

If you are experiencing problems starting Windows after installing the latest Windows update on any of these devices, we recommend contacting your OEM for further support.  We will provide further updates about these issues as they become available.

I cannot get into my Microsoft account site with multiple Microsoft accounts that have 64 alphanumeric characters before the @ in my Outlook email address.

When I follow the sign-in instructions as shown, it takes me back to the home page of the Microsoft account site.

It loops no matter how many times I try.

No errors are displayed.

I have tried repairing Edge, resetting, deleting cookies, InPrivate window, Firefox, on my smart phone on a mobile network, but I cannot get in.

I was able to sign in last year, but not recently.

I can get into the site with an account with an email address that has even less than 64 characters before the @.

I have talked to Microsoft support but they have not been able to solve the problem.

Where can I contact them?

The Microsoft account itself is still valid, since the Outlook service is available.

Therefore, I believe that I am probably due to a series of recent changes Microsoft has made to the sign-in process.

I cannot get into my account site, so I cannot change my account information, security settings, etc.

I am having a very difficult time.

Please fix the Microsoft system as soon as possible.
