Thank you, Glenn, for providing Matt a platform these last three years. It's hard to see people we admire move on, but character is shown when we encourage them in their personal journey. Looking forward to seeing where Matt's adventure takes him, and what new voices rise at the Blaze.

Darn! Well Matt, you better let us know what you plan to do because we definitely plan to follow. Glenn, I'm sorry he's leaving. What a real bummer. Hope you find a way to work together on occasion.

So VERY sad to see this young man move on down the path. It always seemed he could put into words what was on my heart. Best wishes to Matt as he moves forward, but look out for bears in those woods!!!!!!

Sad to see Matt leave the Blaze but I truly wish him the best on his next path.
Matt Walsh is a treasure and I love reading his articles. What a great voice for truth in this broken world. I will be following him down his next path.
Bill Laughlin
Matt - I've REALLY enjoyed your time at the Blaze but especially your poignant and "edgy" columns that make you think and examine your own life. I hope you KEEP that edge in whatever you do and wherever you go. Maybe you'll continue to be an occasional guest on one of Glenn's shows, too? I hope so. (I think you're good for him, too.)
Mary Johnson
Sorry to see him go, but wish him the best. Will continue to follow his words of wisdom/humor. Thank you for sharing his departure and kind words, from both of you.
Chris Stevens
Being the opportunist, I'd like to wish Matt the best of luck in his new endeavors. Glenn, I'd also like to submit my name as his replacement.
This dad needs a job!

I recommend TaskRabbit. You can get hired many different times. It's much like Uber. It used to have just general labor occupations, but it now covers almost every kind of profession, even Amazon based jobs.

... thoughtful, solid and balanced ... hopefully the Blaze will be gifted with astute input now and then ... balance and clarity is a rare quality ... blessings, be well, be safe ...
Brian Costello
Matt Walsh is one of the good guys -- it's great that you gave him a forum for his thoughts and ideas. I wish him the best!
I trust you will sometimes bring Matt in as a guest, I'm sure you will be able to talk him into it when the time is right.
Mary Lou Crisler

YAAAYYY, he's gone! He had great ideas and backed them up really well but Matt was just too Conservative for my taste.

Matt was the only one I liked at the Blaze. He had a uncanny way of getting to the core of things and making easy where some make it difficult!
Connie Graham
Glenn, you seem to be holding a stepladder while these millennials head upward....hmmm I'm guessing that's cool.

Thats what I did: move on from my job and found another one. They are offering me more money and I was looking for a different opportunity. And in this good economy, I took advantage and found one.
Sometimes you get tired. Other times you just want to explore other options. I personally am going to miss my co-workers because they are just great people who share the same interests as mine. But I’m very competitive, and I want more. So I did. It also helps too that I was getting tired of management.
Times change. You can earn income in many ways, other than the old-fashion way. Good luck.

Am a huge fan of his writing. Hope he does find what he is looking for. Sometimes change and leaving the comfort zone can be good.

A great loss for TheBlaze and for your readers. God bless you in your future endeavors.

We will miss Matt on TheBlaze, but wish him all the best!
