the trick i keep forgetting a relearning: differentiate between "having ideas" writing and "making it fit into a structure" writing, and don't distract yourself with "structure" writing until you're out of "ideas" writing

i’m a proponent of the Alive Internet theory, the idea that some portions of the internet still have actual humans participating in both creation and consumption
i have thought a lot abt doing something with first-contact-with-aliens, but the appeal to me of that is working with something really fundamentally Different from human people
