Missing collectible.

I have that problem with three collectibles, they appear in my collectibles but they don't appear when I go to put them in my display case

I see a lot of stars campaigns that I didn't even get offered. Why is that? Is it a regional thing?

If you look at your main collectibles list in the app (not the list you see when editing your display case), does it appear near the very bottom of the list?

If it does, then it's probably the bug where Sony's servers still think that the collectible is on your display case - even though it isn't. So when you go to edit your display case, it doesn't show that collectible in the list of ones you can add, because it thinks you already have it on display.

People started getting affected by this several months ago. It'll probably fix itself at some point. If you can't wait, I've made a Chrome and Firefox extension that lets you edit your display case and which isn't affected by this bug. If you want to use it:

• Go to https://store.playstation.com and sign in

• Click the extensions icon to activate it, this will display the extension in the Side Panel

• Click the Begin button and follow the instructions to edit your Collectibles Display Case.
