i was trying to find a clip where ruby makes this weirdly cute face by checking every episode, in fact, this clip feels similar to seeing some clip of powerpuff girls having eyelashes, i can't find that clip, can you tell me where this clip came from?

back in june 15th while i was having a deep sleep, i had a dream where i found this clip in some jewelpet episode, this image of ruby making this face made me dream about it, that dream i had came true
her face looks like a ditto version of ruby, and her expressions are similar to usagi from sailor moon
oh wait, it feel likes her face looks cursed
her face is starting to look weird to me
