タンパク質といい油を取ろうとすると水銀問題は避けて通れないですよね。週の摂取の上限がが水銀で決まるので代わりのたんぱくを大豆で補おうとするとイソフラボンの上限値がきて、卵にしようとするとコレステロールが気になる。普及してもらいたいです。
