    困ったときはLINEで対応してくれるそうですが
    スムーズに快適に使用できたので、LINEで問い合わせする機会はなかったです。
    SIMの入れ替えもなく、簡単に使用できるので、本当に便利です！
    空港でのレンタルWIFIは破損、紛失の心配があるのですが、こちらの商品はそのような心配がないのが良いですね。

    旅行で5日間ほど使いました。
    街歩きにmapを使い続け、４GBに届かない程度でした。空港から移動中は接続していました。ほんとに簡単でした。
    時々、map上で位置がわからなくなるのかグルグルしているときがありましたが、ご愛敬という感じです。
    mapが使えて助かりました。
    ホテルの部屋ではつながりが一時的に悪いときがありましたが、部屋ではホテルのwi-fi使えるのであまり問題ありませんでした。
    eSIM初めてで、こうしたものに慣れていなくて不安でしたが、SIMの入れ替えもなく、手続きも簡単で、利用してよかったです。また、旅行に行くときには必ず利用すると思います。
