Looks like Israel keeps those very close to civilian homes. So it looks like any civilian casualties since the fault of Israel itself because those are very close to home if that is a resident on their balcony then yeah I would say that’s pretty damn close to residential buildings. So no wonder civilians are getting caught in the crossfire.
