購入し約１月、突然起動しない状態になりメーカーにクレームを送りました。 購入し間もないトラブルから やはり中古パソコンかと怒りがこみ上げた内容でのメールに対し冷静な返信 写メ入りの修復説明で指示通りに実践し状況を再度返信し何回かのメールを繰り返した後交換の段取りをして頂けました。 きつい内容のクレームに対し敏速真摯な対応に驚きました。 通販での買い物は、相手が見えないため疑いから入りましたがこのメーカーは信用出来ると確信しました。

    キータッチ軽くてなめらか。
    バッテリー100パーセント充電できる。
    なにより動作がサクサク！
    そして15.6インチなのにとても軽いのにびっくりしました。
    新品のマウス付きで本当にすぐに使用できます。
    整備品とはいえ中古なので当たり外れはあると覚悟して注文しましたがこちらは文句ない商品です。

    設定中にトラブル(こちらのミス)があり販売元へ問い合わせなどしましたが、休日にも関わらず即座に対応してくださり大変助かりました。対応もとても丁寧でした。
    2万円代で購入できる奇跡。
    思い切って買って本当によかったです！

    このスペックでこの値段は安いですね。到着後マウスの設定、wi-fi接続してして、すぐに使えました。
    傷なんて少し有りと書いてありましたが全然気にならない程度でした。Batteryも充電してから6時間くらい使えましたね。まあ抜き差しせずに使いますけど、前買ったノートパソコンも中古で今も健在ですが4台くらい買える値段でこれだけ使えれば充分ですね。

    しかしWi-Fiの接続具合が悪く途中で途切れたり
    してしまうのでルーターの近くで使用したりもして見ましたが代わりませんでした
    今はLANケーブルを繋げて使用しているので問題はありません
    この値段でこの処理速度はお得だと思いますが
    今の時代ネットに繋がらりづらいのは致命的かと思います
