Samsung REALLY needs to add a continuous lamp mode in photo mode, something Xiaomi had for many years. This helps with exposure value setting in darkness and long-exposure photographs in dark places without having to use external lights.
Also, please allow 200M mode in manual mode. Together with a phone tripod, this can allow for high-quality long-exposure photographs in darkness. Currently, only 50M are possible in manual mode, probably to "protect" inexperienced users against underexposure. Don't take freedom away from power users.
And not to forget, an option to always launch on the rear camera regardless of the last used camera.

The boxy design is what sets the Ultra apart from the other s series and A series and Samsung has now ruined the Ultra series

The ultras used to be the top hardware Samsung has to offer as we are paying a premium price for it but now the S2x Ultras it is a joke with meaningless iterative updates (downgrades) following Apple footsteps of recycling older/second tier hardware to cut corners and save a few buck is just ludricous.
you want proof:
1. 5 year old battery same Lithium capacity 5000Mah and 45w charging, others have all moved to new Si/C battery with at least 6000Mah+ even 7000Mah with more than 65w charging even 100W, even mid tiered devices.
The old Samsung excuse is they are worried it might caught fire is just pure Bollocks, as nearly all Chinese flagships and mid tiered been using it for a few years now with no issues.
2. Recycle Old camera hardwares, even when Samsung sell the top tiered ones to other manufacturers but they are not using it in their own Ultras such as 200X periscope lens and now compared compared with Huawei Pura 80X Pro hardware (where they are now using Periscope 9.7x Optical lens). Samsung stupidly ditch their crown with 10x Optical 3 years ago and downgrade to 5x Optical since instead of improving the old 10x optical to higher MP Pixels sensor.
3. Using 13th Gen panel when they Sell better quality 14th Gen display they manufactured. More brightness less strain to eye and battery consumption.
4, Removed Bluetooth S-Pen to save $2?, talking about being a cheap sake when you are paying Aud $2000+ for a fone.
5. Removed 10x Optical zoom for 5x Optical, argue all you like abut the 5x optical with software enhancing can never match the old s23U 10X optical zoom for anything beyond 30x zoom (I own both, tested side by side), you just cant beat law of Physics with software only.
Unless they get their Sh#t together in 2026, I anticipate it is game over for their S Series Ultras. All other Ultras like Xiaomi, BKK Group fones (e.g Oneplus, Vivo), Honor, Huawei even Pixels will have better hardwares than Samsung Ultras judging from the leaks so far e.g s26Ultra with 5500Mah battery in 2026.... LOL.
Samsung squander their lead with the Ultra with their complacency and cost cutting mindset. They just wont change until like what they did to their Z Folds series; whittle form the pioneering Top to the bottom of the ladder in sales before they will do anything.
I am just so sick of their iterative garbage update that I no longer bother to update my S24ultra as it was a downgrade for me not an upgarde (removed Bluetooth S-pen) and this is me coming form s20Ultra to S24 Ultra but no more for me!
Probably get myself a Pixel 10 ProXL in August as it will have TSMC chip and no longer use the CrappyNos chip from Samsung which eats battery and heats up like great portable hand warmer in winter.
Honestly, for the price, people should just stop buying this fone if they want to see any meaningful change or get the old S24Ultra if you want a Samsung. Even top paid youtubers have problem convincing themselves let alone others that anyone should upgrade from their S24 Ultras when there are tons of options for the price.

I definitely prefer my S25 Ultra over the S24 Ultra it replaced. And, I don't have "feminine hands".

i love samsung when they have present the 1st note, the idea was amasing, issue was the security update, as will the life mataning of the update, where other brand was supporting there device more than samsung, but now samsung have improved, thank you samsung this is improvment.
but now i'm thinking of selling and nevver by any product from samsung, since samsung allowing any entity to keep back door open for them incloud paomatric access, no security.
the final samsung is untrusted company to purchase any device, they are presenting back door to any unotherrise user without my permission, where it leade the hacker to access personal data, and the next step all bank application they should stop there application to be installed on any samsung device, sence the bank always looking for there customer account security access.

Guys before buying this just go to the store and check their live demo , the front camera is very dissapointing it looks pale , low on contrast . Do not believe on what youtube, just go and check fom yourself

I am very disapointed about the fact that I cannot use the S Pen for camera controls, it's really annoying. It was one main reason why i liked S Pen, now i will use it 80% less, thank you Samsung and F You! 🤷♂️

I've had the volume rocker fall off twice in 1 year (good thing it is repairable on warranty). I've also had one phone completely get replaced because it kept restarting for no reason (probably hardware fault.
In my opinion, Samsung is the best android experience.

- battery life (nothing spectacular, just alright for my use case, but drains quick on data especially on 5g)
- poor performance when using heavy apps (loading intensive games can be slow + fps below 60, not good)
between the pixel 9 pro and s25 ultra series, the pixel generally has worse battery (not by much), but its photos taken look better (subjectively), while the s25 ultra has really good battery life, takes better videos and does really well in gaming and other intensive apps.
i recommend to wait for the pixel 10 series coming out in august and see what they have :) if u need a phone now, consider what important things u need in a phone and the stuff i said, but you should check out other reviews and opinions on youtube (camera comparisons, battery tests, etc)

Hey everyone. A question/thought about Google Pixel phones, are you happy with them? I see they have a great camera, good battery, etc. And they have Stock Android - Pixel UI.
So I'm thinking about trying something new, which is Pixel. So, if anyone here uses them and has used them, how happy are you with them? Are they good, or is Samsung better? Because I'm torn between the S24 Ultra/S25 Ultra and the Pixel 9 Pro XL. Also i want great camera natural not so overprocessd bcs i had iphone 13 pro and hate the camera also trought the years 13 pro camera can't focus on x3 and battery life was not good, so need new phone and hope you"ll help me :)

Seems like all of the Ultra models have interchangeable nibs. I think that's true for all Spens Samsung has...
The ones I got are basic plastic ones, and I gotta say, they are WAY better than original ones, they glide so much easier on the screen, you might want a glass screen protector to not have to deal with micro scratches if anyone plans to get plastic ones, which seem to be the most common.
Also, I know some tablet screens don't have the normal glass screen texture, but rather a matte one, in this case you might want soft tipped nibs, since plastic ones can erode themselves faster and also might scratch the tab's screen.
Hope this helps anyone in search of nibs for their peens

I was using Note 9 till I got this and believe me i got no trade in or eGift cards or anything. So for me it was very expensive. Still I bought it as I dont change phones often and try to use atleast 5 to 6 years. So probably my next upgade will be S30 or 31 Ultra.

I only paid around $160(after trade in, getting an eGift card and rewards, and cash back) to upgrade from my S24 Ultra to an S25 Ultra. That was very inexpensive. As long as the cost is very low to upgrade, I will continue doing it every year.
Heck, my Galaxy A35 cost me more than my S25 Ultra.

I will not be upgrading to S series ultra anymore unless Samsung stops this constant meaningless iterative upgrade nonsense. Why would anyone pay premium flagship price but always get old hardware they pick from their hardware battery and smaller sensor and focal length camera Bin and just change some minor boring design changes, put in a new chip & says is the Best Ever....same old boring lines copying iphone marketing BS.
1. Same battery capacity last 5 Yrs @5000Mah; when in 2025 when even midrange fones in 2025 have 7500Mah (Realme GT7) and all other Chinese flagships will have min 6500-8000Mah Silicon Carbon battery with fast charging above 65W In 2026.
2. Same old 200Mp for the last 3 years, other have improved to 200MP 6x Periscope Zoom.
3. Ancient 10MP 3X Zoom is 5yrs old, still unchanged
4. Downgrade long range High zoom 10X optical lens (when it was the king) replaced with inferior 5x Zoom instead and been the same for last 2 years; now even the Chinese fones have better long range zoom.
5. Still using Gen 13 display panel instead of available own Gen14 display panels in 2025 sold to others
6. Downgrade from Bluetoorh S-pen to dumb S-Pen
As far as I am concern there has been hardly any new better & meaningful changes last 3 years, hence I had given up on buying any more S Ultras and I had been using their Flagship fones since Galaxy Note4!

If you want to have a lot of storage you should go for the S24U,
If you flex that you have the newest phone then get the S25U, and if you need more storage just grab an external SSD , 1Tb of Samsung SSD external storage is about $100 so you end up cheaper than a storage upgrade.
As for the phones - the S24U and the S25U are pretty much the same phone, they have the same OS and the single difference in the way the phone is built and it's chip.
The S25U has rounder corners, more comfortable in hand, while the S24U is a bit sharper.
The chips - the S25U has a stronger chip than the S24U , BUT if you look past Geekbench and Antutu scores the performance is gonna be exactly the same in real life - they both are top tier phones, so you shouldn't worry about performance.
The S24U it's gonna last you 1 year less than the S25U, but that's not that big of a deal, since they got 7 years of software updates now.
The bluethooth Spen of the S24U may help you to some degree... you can use it as a shutter, control media - such as next/last video/song and can also control volume.
The S25U doesn't have that, so thats a minus for it I guess...
Well, since they pretty much are the same phone, in conclusion:
Get the S25U if you want the newest phone, nicer build (+an external SSD if you really need the storage)
Get the S24U if you want a smarter Spen, more in-house storage, and don't mind the sharper corners of the phone

So here is my situation, im a google pixel user in past 5 years and now using pixel 7 pro but my phone only have 128gb and im full only 10gb left and i'm in collage and started saving some money so can buy new phone and i want somting new, so in my country i spot Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra but then also see S24 Ultra both brand new but only diffrent is in storage the price is kinda same , the S25 Ultra base model 256gb and S24 Ultra 512gb, they are same price and im thinking about S24 Ultra bcs of bigger storage but im not sure i also want feature proof phone and alot storage but i dont want to make mistake, so idk what to do , bcs S25 series are new and s24 - 1 year old, any suggestion what to do ,i really want your help not to choose wrong, or do You think you made mistake buying 256 insted of 512gb. Also saw some tips for the S21/22/23U so those are replaceable too, just haven't seen anything on the S24/25U yet, so I don't know if sellers didn't change product descriptions or if they're not compatible with the older-ish models...
