Let’s be real. Americans do not want to work farm jobs, and companies do not want to pay fair wages for them. That is why migrant labor exists. If we forced companies to hire Americans and pay more, food prices would skyrocket. Also, farming is not a viable future. It is one of the most heavily subsidized industries in the country because no one wants to do it. Land, equipment, fuel, insurance, and maintenance all cost a fortune. Telling young people to become farmers while you make money posting on social media is hypocritical. You benefit from a broken system and tell others to suffer in it. People are not lazy. They are not stupid. They see that farming offers no security, no growth, and no future. That is the part no one wants to say out loud.

Deport all of them and hire Americans to do the jobs. Invest money into trade schools and farming programs to recruit American youth to be farmers.
