Tuesday, Pac-Man took his two rivals to court.
Atari Inc. and Bally Midway Inc., which own exclusive rights to the popular Pac-Man video game, filed two suits in U.S. District Court charging copyright infringement, unfair competition and deceptive trade practices against Video Technology Ltd. of Hong Kong, which is marketing Crazy Chew, and Soundics Electronics Ltd. of Hong Kong, which is selling Gobble Man. :9PwrP!66Px9Zc >k/V-/ .4)Kz The games, which apparently have just been introduced, are 'clearly a copy,' he said.
Gobble Man will go before Judge John F. Grady and Judge George N. Leighton will decide the fate of Crazy Chew.
