條款及細則

    註冊九巴eCoin Wallet帳戶

  1. 如需使用由KMB Design Company Limited 管理，九龍巴士(一九三三)有限公司 (下稱「九巴」) 之eCoin Wallet (下稱「eCoin Wallet」)，申請人需於手機應用程式 “APP 1933 - KMB ‧ LWB” (下稱「App1933」) 內註冊九巴eCoin Wallet帳戶 (下稱「eCoin Wallet 帳戶」)。
  2. 用戶 (下稱「用戶」) 註冊eCoin Wallet帳戶，即表示其同意受相關條款及細則約束。

    3. club1933 積分轉換成 eCoin

  3. 如需查閱club1933帳戶內所累積的club1933 積分 (下稱「club1933 積分」) 及將 club1933 積分轉換成eCoin Wallet 內的eCoin (下稱「積分轉換」) ，用戶需於登入 eCoin Wallet 帳戶後，再透過 eCoin Wallet 登入其 club1933 帳戶。
  4. 用戶需輸入需要轉換成eCoin的club1933積分數目。提交轉換申請 (下稱「轉換申請」) 前，用戶必須確保所輸入的資料正確。一旦提交申請，將不能更改或取消。若 用戶的club1933 帳戶內的積分不足或轉換申請因任何原因而不獲九巴接納，轉換申請將會被即時拒絕。
  5. 轉換積分後，相應的 eCoin 會即時自動存到eCoin Wallet帳戶內，而相應的 club1933 積分亦會即時從club1933 帳戶內被扣除。積分轉換將不可逆轉。
  6. eCoin不可兌換成現金。在任何情況下，eCoin不可被出售、購買或轉移予任何人士或其他 eCoin Wallet 帳戶。
  7. club1933 積分將按照以下轉換率轉換成eCoin:- (每次轉換的積分數目單位須為400、500、600、700、800 club1933 積分。)
    1. 每200 club1933積分可轉換成1.0 個eCoin
    2. 每300 club1933積分可轉換成2.0 個eCoin
    3. 每400 club1933積分可轉換成3.0 個eCoin
    4. 每500 club1933積分可轉換成4.0 個eCoin
    5. 每600 club1933積分可轉換成5.5 個eCoin
    6. 每700 club1933積分可轉換成7.5 個eCoin
    7. 每800 club1933積分可轉換成10.0 個eCoin
  8. KMB Design Company Limited (下稱「KMB Design」) 保留隨時調整 club1933 積分及 eCoin 的轉換率的權利。
  9. 每個 eCoin Wallet 於任何時候均只可儲存最多250個 eCoin。

    10. eCoin的使用

  10. eCoin Wallet 帳戶內所累積的eCoin可用於乘搭九巴及龍運巴士有限公司 (下稱「龍運」) 營運的巴士路線班次 (不包括K12、K14、K17及K18線)。
  11. 每個eCoin相等於HK$1.00車資的價值。
  12. 所有車資優惠計劃均不適用。
  13. 使用eCoin時，用戶必須登入eCoin Wallet，並啟動登車二維碼。二維碼將每 15 秒自動刷新一次，直至二維碼被掃描或使用 eCoin Wallet 的交易取消。
  14. 上車後，用戶必須出示及透過巴士上的電子支付系統掃描二維碼。
  15. 繳付車資時，eCoin Wallet 帳戶內需要有足夠 eCoin以支付全數車資。如eCoin Wallet 帳戶內eCoin不足，交易會即時被拒絕。車資不能部份以現金支付及部份以eCoin支付。
  16. 用戶於每年度之1月1日至12月31日期間所累積的eCoin，將有效至翌年的12月31日，逾期作廢。

    17. 取消eCoin Wallet帳戶

  17. 用戶可以書面通知KMB Design申請取消 eCoin Wallet 帳戶，並以郵寄方式把書面通知送遞至香港九龍荔枝角寶輪街九號十五樓 (下稱「書面通知」) 。書面通知必須包含用戶已登記的流動電話號碼作核實之用及有效的電郵地址以接收取消帳戶的確認。用戶的申請將於接獲書面通知起計40天內處理。
  18. 用戶取消帳戶後，其帳戶內所有eCoin將全數註銷，不作另行通知。
  19. 用戶的所有個人資料，包括但不限於eCoin Wallet 帳戶內已登記的流動電話號碼及乘車記錄將會於eCoin Wallet帳戶取消後90天內刪除。

    20. 其他

  20. 在任何情況下，對於用戶在使用 eCoin Wallet 時遭受任何直接或間接的損失或損害，包括但不限於 (i) 因任何原因而未能登入或使用其eCoin Wallet 及 (ii) 任何因eCoin Wallet服務供應商引致的延誤、失效、中斷、故障、錯誤，KMB Design 概不負責。
  21. 如有任何因電腦、網絡、電話、技術問題或任何其他異常情況阻礙系統取回有關用戶資料或用戶登錄之資料有遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或毀損導致資料無效之情況而造成任何損失或損壞，KMB Design 一概不負上任何責任。
  22. KMB Design保留可不時修改、暫停或終止eCoin Wallet服務的權利，而毋須先行作出通知。
  23. KMB Design 保留本條款及細則的最終解釋權，及修改或補充本條款及細則的權利而毋須先行作出通知。
  24. 此條款及細則受香港法律管轄，並須根據香港的法律解釋。用戶註冊eCoin Wallet帳戶，即表示用戶同意接受香港法院的獨有司法管轄權。
  25. 除用戶及KMB Design外，並無其他人士有權按《合約（第三者權利）條例》（香港法例第623章）執行本條款及細則的任何條款，或享有本條款及細則下的任何利益。
  26. 如有任何爭議，KMB Design擁有最終決定權。
  27. 如中英文版本之間有任何歧義，概以英文版本為準。
私隱政策及收集個人資料聲明

    閣下確認提供個人資料予KMB Design Company Limited (下稱「KMB Design」) 純屬自願性質，如閣下未能提供足夠資料，KMB Design可能無法處理或接受閣下九巴eCoin Wallet帳戶 (下稱「eCoin Wallet 帳戶」) 的註冊及使用有關帳戶。

  1. 收集個人資料之目的
    閣下的個人資料會被用作 (i) 處理閣下eCoin Wallet帳戶的註冊； (ii) 核實閣下可將 club1933 積分轉換成eCoin及使用eCoin的資格； (iii) 為閣下提供、維持及操作eCoin Wallet 服務。
  2. 轉移人的類別
    閣下的個人資料只會於保密責任下，披露给獲授權僱員、代理人、及向KMB Design提供服務的承辦商或服務供應商。
  3. 個人資料的安全
    KMB Design 將盡一切合理的努力以確保KMB Design 持有的所有個人資料均儲存於可靠穩妥及安全的地方，並只限於已獲KMB Design授權的僱員或第三方服務供應商才有權取用。KMB Design將按收集資料的相關目的所需的時間以適當形式保留閣下的個人資料，其後該等個人資料將會於90天內被銷毀。
  4. 查詢及查閱個人資料
    閣下有權查閱及要求修正閣下提供予KMB Design的個人資料。
    閣下可將要求以書面形式交予：

Terms and Conditions

    Registration of eCoin Wallet Account

  1. To use the eCoin wallet of The Kowloon Motor Bus Co. (1933) Limited (“KMB”), a program managed by KMB Design Company Limited (“eCoin Wallet”), an individual is required to register for a KMB eCoin Wallet account (“eCoin Wallet Account”) through “APP 1933 - KMB ‧ LWB iPhone/Android App” (“App1933”).
  2. By registering for a eCoin Wallet Account, the user (“User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    3. Conversion of club1933 Points into eCoin

  3. To view club1933 points accumulated in a club1933 account (“club1933 Points”) and to convert club1933 Points into eCoin in the eCoin Wallet (“Conversion”), after logging in the eCoin Wallet Account, a User shall log in his/her club1933 account through his/her eCoin Wallet.
  4. A User shall input the number of club1933 Points to be converted into eCoin. Before sending a request for Conversion (“Request”), the User shall ensure that particulars inputted are accurate. Once a Request is sent, it cannot be altered or cancelled. The request will be instantly rejected if the club1933 Points in his/her club1933 account was insufficient for the Conversion or the Request was not accepted by KMB for whatever reasons.
  5. After the Conversion, the corresponding eCoin will be instantly credited to the eCoin Wallet Account and the corresponding club1933 Points required for the Conversion will be deducted instantly from the club1933 account. Conversion is irreversible.
  6. eCoin are not exchangeable for cash. In no circumstances, can eCoin be sold, purchased, or transferred to any other person or any other eCoin Wallet Accounts.
  7. The club1933 Points shall be converted into eCoin based on the ratio as set out below:- (Each Conversion must be made using 400, 600, 800 club1933 Points as units.)
    1. Every 200 club1933 Points can be converted into 1.0 eCoin.
    2. Every 300 club1933 Points can be converted into 2.0 eCoin.
    3. Every 400 club1933 Points can be converted into 3.0 eCoin.
    4. Every 500 club1933 Points can be converted into 4.0 eCoin.
    5. Every 600 club1933 Points can be converted into 5.5 eCoin.
    6. Every 700 club1933 Points can be converted into 7.5 eCoin.
    7. Every 800 club1933 Points can be converted into 10 eCoin.
  8. KMB Design Company Limited (“KMB Design”) reserves the right to determine and change the conversion rate between club1933 Points and eCoin at any time.
  9. Each eCoin Wallet can only store a maximum of 250 eCoin at any time.

    10. Use of eCoin

  10. The eCoin accumulated in the eCoin Wallet Account can be used for taking any bus routes operated by KMB or Long Win Bus Company Limited (“LWB”) (excluding Routes K12, K14, K17 and K18).
  11. Each eCoin is equivalent to HK$1.00 of value of bus fare.
  12. All Fare Concession Schemes are not applicable.
  13. For usage of eCoin, a user is required to log in the eCoin Wallet and generate an onboard QR code. The QR code generated will auto refresh every 15 seconds until it is scanned or upon cancellation of the transaction with eCoin Wallet.
  14. After boarding the bus, the User is required to present and scan the onboard QR code with the e-payment device on the bus.
  15. The eCoin accumulated in the eCoin Wallet at the time of payment should at least be of the value of the full bus fare. If there is insufficient eCoin at the time of payment, the transaction will be instantly rejected. The bus fare cannot be partially settled by cash and partially settled by eCoin.
  16. eCoin accumulated by Users from 1st January to 31st December each year will be valid until 31st December of the following year and will become void after that date.

    17. Deregistration of eCoin Wallet Account

  18. Upon deregistration, all eCoin in the respective eCoin Wallet Account shall be void and forfeited without further notice.
  19. All personal information of the Users, including but not limited to, the registered mobile number and riding record in the eCoin Wallet Account shall be erased within 90 days after deregistration of the eCoin Wallet Account.

    20. Others

  20. KMB Design shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect losses or damages which the User may incur or suffer arising from or in connection with the use of eCoin Wallet, including but not limited to (i) inability to access or use his/her eCoin Wallet for any reason and (ii) any delay, unavailability, disruption, failure, error of or caused by eCoin Wallet service providers.
  21. KMB Design shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the invalidity of information due to any computer, network, telephone or technical issues or any other abnormal situations that prevents or delays the system in obtaining User’s information or causes User’s login information to be lost, inaccurate, unrecognizable or damaged.
  22. KMB Design reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the eCoin Wallet service at any time without prior notice.
  23. KMB Design reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  24. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hong Kong laws and will be construed in accordance with Hong Kong laws. By registering for a eCoin Wallet Account, Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
  25. No person other than the Users and KMB Design shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623 of the laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term hereof, or enjoy any benefit hereunder.
  26. In the event of dispute, the decision of KMB Design shall be final.
  27. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese and the English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement

    You confirm that the personal data provided by you to KMB Design Company Limited (“KMB Design”) is on a voluntary basis. You acknowledge that if the personal information provided by you is insufficient, KMB Design may not be able to process or accept your registration for or use of the KMB’s eCoin Wallet (eCoin Wallet).

  1. Purposes of personal data collection
    Your personal data will be used for (i) processing your registration for eCoin Wallet Account, (ii) verifying your eligibility to convert club1933 points into eCoin and to use the eCoin, and (iii) providing eCoin Wallet service to you, maintaining and operating the eCoin Wallet service.
  2. Classes of transferees
    Your personal data will only be disclosed to authorized employees, agents, contractors or service providers who provide services to KMB Design under a duty of confidentiality.
  3. c. Safety of personal data
    All reasonable efforts are made by KMB Design to ensure that any personal data held by KMB Design is stored in a secure and safe place, and accessed only by KMB Design’s authorized employees or authorized third-party service providers. The personal data you provide to KMB Design will be kept by KMB Design in the appropriate form only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes mentioned above after which it will be destroyed in 90 days.
  4. d. Right of inquiry and access of personal data
    You have the right to access your personal data held by KMB Design and to request correction of such data.
