"Believed to have once belonged to a principal of Macarthur Street Primary School". What other amazing historical facts can be quoted? It might be at the magic million dollar mark but its been on the market for months & months & months & months & months & months. The listing price would appear not to be reflective of the market value and it is yet be sold.
