Elon Musk isn’t switching sides. He’s just pissed Trump didn’t give him whatever he was asking for behind the scenes. That’s it. That’s the entire “feud.”
Some Democrats are running with this narrative like Musk is waking up or having some kind of political shift. He isn’t. He’s still reposting conservative garbage, still echoing far-right talking points, and still pushing the same agenda that benefits Elon Musk.
The guy donated hundreds of millions to Trump and the GOP, helped normalize right-wing conspiracies on X, and backed policies that gutted regulations to pad his bottom line. You think he’s about to pivot because he deleted a couple of posts or clapped back at Trump once?
Elon is not on your side. He’s never been on your side. He is on his side. That’s the only one he’s ever cared about.
This beef with Trump isn’t going to help Democrats. It’s not going to benefit anyone but Musk. And when it’s over, he’ll go right back to playing both sides so long as it serves him.
