The Problem: You can’t find anything. The downloads folder is a total mess, Spotlight search is a mess. You end up wasting time and mental energy searching for PDFs, screenshots, or that random file you touched last Tuesday.
The Solution: Smart Folders are dynamic Finder views based on saved search filters — like “PDFs opened this week” or “screenshots tagged draft.” They update automatically, and you never move or duplicate files.
