The “Big Beautiful Bill” which Trump has touted and pushed for Congress to pass is FILLED with draconian, and absolutely NIGHTMARISH provisions surrounding Artificial Intelligence. 
Specifically, this bill allows for the Federal Government to completely put a BAN on all 50 states from being able to regulate AI for 10 YEARS.
That means that regardless of which states try to stand up to an AI takeover, it would essentially be ILLEGAL at the Federal level.
Of course, WE the taxpayers will be funding this MADNESS…
“The Department of Commerce for fiscal year 2025, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $500,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2035, to modernize and secure Federal information technology systems through the deployment of commercial artificial intelligence, the deployment of automation technologies, and the replacement of antiquated business systems…”
If that wasn’t CRAZY enough, it gets MUCH WORSE…
AI systems (Governance) will be completely installed through every Federal agency, this was and is the primary reason for DOGE.
The WORST part, is that ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WILL BE ABSOLVED.
Imagine for a second, if one of Elon Musk’s Tesla Optimus robots, or a Palantir drone went rogue and decided to kill an American citizen, or multiple people…There would be NO LIABILITY with any AI related “incidents”. Which, they KNOW WILL HAPPEN, that is why it is being mentioned.
That includes any AI “incidents” that happen under that new “Golden Dome” (Skynet) and all “automated decision systems” which will be used for the coming Social Credit Beast system.
Basically, in theory the U.S. Government could KILL YOU or someone you know using AI robots or drones and there would be NO RECOURSE. No one you could blame, nothing you could do. Just like how Reagan took all liability away from vaccine manufacturers. That is why no one was able to sue Pfizer or Moderna for killing MILLIONS.
Do you realize the GRAVE implications this could have for humanity???
