Guess what? I got my second PC from Josh! He, AGAIN, went above and beyond to accomodate my fancy requests and make it just the way I wanted. As always, he and his team were amazing! I couldn’t be more thrilled. From now on, he’s my go-to “computer guy”! Keep up the good work and more success to you and your team!

I’ve always put together my own systems, but this time I decided to go stress-free and give Cataclysm Computers a try. I had a great experience with them! I knew exactly what I wanted, and Josh was super helpful and straightforward. Whether you’re a newbie or a pro, he treats everyone the same. That’s what a great retailer should be like.
As for my product, I had a few issues at first because my memory kit was faulty (it can happen with store-bought stuff too). But Josh replaced it right away. 6 months down the line, everything is working perfectly. And the pricing? I compared it to what Josh charged me on other websites, and it seemed really reasonable. Considering all the effort they put into assembling the PC and the 3 years worth of warranty with courier pick-ups and drop-offs at their expense, it’s definitely worth the price.
Keep up the good work guys and please don’t change your pricing strategy like other places do once they get the taste of success. Cheers!

Best online shopping experience I've had. E-mailed for a quote, received a call from Josh who asked me what I would be using my PC for. I said DCS World in VR, I wasn't fussed about looks I just wanted to be able to play DCS in VR at the best possible settings I could.
He went through every part of the build and explained what it was and why it would suit my needs for DCS. I had received quotes from other sellers also but after talking to Josh my mind was made up that I would be purchasing my PC from Cataclysm.
The PC arrived not long after I paid for it and I was extremely happy with it.
If your after a new PC, I highly recommend Cataclysm.
