2 Selection of Winners and Contest Prize.

The results of the user voting (hereinafter referred to as “Public Voting”) conducted on the Voting Website will determine the eight (8) designs with the most votes for each category (weapons and pendants), totaling sixteen (16) designs, which will be selected as the winning entries (the entrants of these designs will be referred to as “Contest Winners”). The winning Entries will be proceeded to the final screening.

Finals: R&D will select one (1) grand winner (the “Grand Winner”) for each of weapon and pendant.

A Capcom representative will contact the Contest Winners within twenty (20) days of the announcement of the Contest Winners to explain the Prize timeline and full details of the Prize will be communicated to the Contest Winners in due course.

This Contest is free to enter and no purchase of any kind is necessary.
6 Selection of Contest Winners.
As stated above, Winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Contest period according to the following process:

• First Screening: R&D will nominate twenty (20) Designs each for weapon and pendant, total of forty (40) Designs on the basis of originality, creativity, and Design feasibility (the “Criteria”) as the first screening passers; and

Where multiple Entries are submitted, each Entrant is only eligible to win one Prize.

More details about the voting methods and other relevant information will be posted in the Campaign Website during the Contest period. Capcom’s determination of the voting results will be final and not subject to audit or challenge.

Capcom may disqualify any Entry, even after winning the Prize, where it determines that the Design:

Notified Grand Prize Winners must respond to the selection notice to claim their Prize by responding within three (3) days of first contact. If the Grand Winner is a Minor, the Packet must be signed by the Minor's parent or legal guardian. Failure to timely return the Packet or refusal to sign the Packet will result in forfeiture of the finalist spot, and Capcom shall hold the right to award it to another Entrant.

Even if an Entry does not win the Contest, Capcom may still contact the Entrant if the Design is of high quality. Capcom cannot answer any questions about the process or reason of the Winner selection, and all selections are made in Capcom’s sole discretion.
