Yuexiang “Bruce” Ling, a youth therapist at a Seattle mental health clinic charged with multiple counts of child pornography, has boarded a flight to Shanghai at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport using a fake passport and fled the US.
Ling was previously arrested, but posted bail and was forced to surrender his passport — he turned over his IDs and 
passport to the police. However, Ling somehow acquired an illegal passport.
In Sep, Ling booked a one-way flight from SEA Airport to Shanghai, China. Officials were notified of his flight which was scheduled for Sep 14. Ling's travel was flagged and the Department of Homeland Security and Port of Seattle Police were notified to stop and arrest Ling.
Port of Seattle Police were on scene but "declined detention of the subject due to lack of warrant”. That’s how Ling fled the country successfully.
