Commercial LitigationA federal magistrate judge presiding over former Twitter executives' lawsuit alleging they were wrongly denied severance has ordered Elon Musk’s legal team to apply dozens of additional search terms to internal Twitter and X Corp. emails and Slack messages.
In a May 30 order, U.S. Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler sided with the plaintiffs—former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, former Chief Financial Officer Ned Segal, former Chief Legal Officer Vijaya Gadde and former General Counsel Sean Edgett.
