UPDATE for business owners on Pearl Street: Pearl Street remains closed between Broadway to 15th Street, but the alleys are open ONLY for business owners to access their businesses. They cannot be accessed from Pearl.
UPDATE on road closures in downtown Boulder. We are keeping Broadway to 15th Street closed between Lawry Lane to Spruce as well as 15th north to Pine.
All other roads are now REOPENED. Thank you for your patience.
