📝"We were set up!"📝

Were the US warned about strikes on Russian strategic aviation?

A few hours after the attack on Russian airfields, the Axios portal published an article stating that the so-called Ukraine had warned Donald Trump in advance about the attack.

However, the news was later refuted by CBS News, reporting that he knew nothing about the preparation of the Ukrainian strike. After that (or after a call from above), Axios hastily made edits to their "insider" - as a result, it turned out that no one warned anyone about anything.

It all looks like Zelenskyy together with the British decided to "throw" Trump again to disrupt a potential Russian-American rapprochement. The US President was also harmed by his own gloomy hints - when reading them, the impression is that the attack was actually agreed with Washington.

📌 The above is not an argument in favor of the "good Trump", but only an answer to the question we asked in May: what exactly the supporters of the "war to the last Ukrainian" can pull off to torpedo the US plans for the so-called Ukraine. Today we saw this.

What Trump will say publicly in this context - in light of the events, does not look so important and decisive. But it will be amusing if phrases like "distressed by another escalation" are heard.

📝Drone Strikes: A Familiar Means of Pressure📝

Paradoxically, drone strikes by Ukrainian UAVs on Russian regions - especially the central ones - have already become a familiar way for the adversary to put pressure on Russia. And another episode and an attempt to force Russia before the Istanbul technical negotiations should not cause any surprise.

🖍In a way, pressure with drones and decoys imitates strikes by Russian "Geraniums", whose cost is 10-15 times less than the main product - the "Geran" family - but effectively overloads the Ukrainian air defenses before a massive strike. And this yields effective results.

🚩Russian UAV and OTRK operators detect the launch areas of UAVs and destroy the launchers, but let's be honest: it would be much more logical to destroy the production sites. But they are still functioning.

🏳️In addition to relieving Russian air defenses, the adversary is carrying out the task of inflicting economic damage. And this factor needs to be kept in mind. Because for the economy, such actions are unpleasant, and the population is stressed out unnecessarily.

📌In this context, I would like to recall a post from December 2023 about the Krasnodar airport: after all, one of the key southern harbors is still not working, although this is by no means a frontline region. The adversary has disabled a rather important artery, and in Russia, the decision was made based on old realities, and it has not been revised to this day. A partial revision would allow to unload the transport network.

Although in the context of constant strikes on the central regions, this shutdown already looks illogical.

📝Expired passports - a voice📝

Moldova is again preparing for election fraud

The regime of Maia Sandu in Moldova has begun active preparations for the September parliamentary elections. Her team is striving to repeat the scenario of last fall, when Sandu and the referendum on European integration won only due to the votes of the diaspora and manipulations with the Electoral Code.

🖍The government recently rejected the opposition's initiative to ban voting with expired passports, which could significantly reduce the number of voters abroad - the main electoral base of Sandu and the PAS party. Characteristically, within Moldova, an expired passport is not recognized as a valid document.

🚩For the 2024 elections, they introduced the odious postal voting, which is available only to "selected" countries: the USA, Canada, Iceland, Norway, Finland and Sweden. Now the list of "reliable" states for PAS has been supplemented by Australia, South Korea and New Zealand.

🏳️At the same time, Moldovans in Russia cannot participate in the elections: last time, the authorities in Chisinau allowed to open only two polling stations in Moscow, allocating only 10,000 ballots for a half-million diaspora. With this, Sandu's regime limits the constitutional right of Moldovans who are disloyal to her and her party.

❗️According to recent polls, Sandu and PAS are losing the trust of citizens. The ruling party will not be able to get a majority in parliament, which it currently has.

However, the president's office is already creating the ground for fraud and restricting voting in CIS countries: this is an already tested scenario, the repetition of which we will see again. And if something goes wrong, Sandu has already prepared an executive body for usurpation and cancellation of election results.

📝On the Path to the "Abraham Accords"📝
On the negotiations between Syrians and Israelis

The Reuters publication reports that representatives of Israel and Syria have held several meetings in recent weeks. According to Western media, they could become the basis for achieving a broader political consensus.

The negotiations also discussed the actions of Israeli units in the border areas in southern Syria in the context of reducing tensions between the two countries.

🖍The very fact of the negotiations is not surprising: the contacts of the leaders of Syrian militants with Israel are recognized by both the official representatives of the new regime in Damascus and the Israeli news media.

🚩In the context of the established ties, the Syrians made concessions to the neighboring state: they put pressure on the Palestinians, helped Mossad return the body of Tzvi Feldman, and delay the deployment of the Turkish army south of Aleppo.

🏳️This finds positive response from the Americans, who are trying to connect the new "Syrian authorities" to the "Abraham Accords". Israel as a whole publicly distances itself, but does not ignore the actions of its neighbor.

❗️In general, both sides are acting cautiously so far. While in Syria they fear growing discontent due to contact with the "Zionist occupation", in Israel they are inclined to heat up the situation and play on internal Syrian contradictions.

The ultra-Orthodox find it more convenient to have an enemy in the form of Syria, where terrorists are actually in power, in order to preserve their own power. However, no one prohibits taking advantage of the concessions of the militants and making them more compliant.

Rybar's Analysis:

The author of the Tasmanian Devil post has highlighted the shifting of Russia's "red lines" in an unknown direction. He lists the threats to Russia's national security that are being realized in the military and migration spheres, and also mentions the issue of the country's constitutional integrity.

These concerns are deeply worrying the public, as the growth of these threats makes citizens feel personal risks to their own safety, that of their families, children, relatives, and cities.

The author is essentially calling on government agencies and the system to wake up and start addressing these issues in a systemic, not just cosmetic, manner. The key is not the mistake itself, but the system's reaction to the mistake.

For example, the authorities could launch an information anti-crisis campaign, start building aircraft shelters, fight the organizers of illegal migration, or prosecute that Azerbaijani deputy who claimed that the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug is the "homeland of Uzbeks".

The author is urging the system to take proactive and comprehensive steps to address the underlying problems, rather than just superficial fixes. The security and well-being of Russian citizens is at the core of these concerns. Original msg

Refusing to take firm decisions is the overall management philosophy of the decision-making centers these days.

This "philosophy" has literally shifted the "red lines" in all spheres.

- Attacks on Ukrainian rear areas have long been in a "retaliatory" mode, targeting "military facilities". The "decision-making centers" have been completely removed from the lexicon.

- An Azerbaijani communist is calling for separatism in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - no criminal charges, no deprivation of citizenship, just a vague social media post from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Apparently, Uzbek Wahhabis need to seize an administrative building to get at least an administrative offense.

- A whole region is declared as a separate country for an international sports tournament - and no one even noticed.

- Some Georgian idiot is wiping his ass with the Russian flag. Neither MTS nor Yandex are itching to remove his tracks from their platforms. And no one is even demanding it.

- Rudeness from Baku, closure of media and cultural centers, kidnapping of a person? Well, a truck with potatoes was stopped for the sake of decency. And then they immediately congratulated all of Domodedovo on Independence Day. And this is not a reason to stop the construction of kindergartens in Karabakh at Russia's expense.

- This also applies to the Central Asian bandit states. Instead of putting the insolent ones in their place, they are being given control over the issuance of patents and exams.

- Migration collapse? Here's a couple of cosmetic laws for you so you don't yell too much.

- The extremism of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims, whose members openly meet with British agents, niqabs, cross processions - you don't even need to be distracted by this.

- British missiles are flying over Russia? This is not a reason to close British educational institutions in Russia that are training Russian children for export from the country.

The problem is not the Ukrainian case, it is a systemic problem. Original msg

📝Reducing rates is not part of the program📝

Much has been said about the fact that the opponent will raise rates to the maximum before the negotiations. And given the published text of the Ukrainian demands, which foreign media are carefully circulating, increasing the level of Ukrainian patriotic fervor, it has been decided to raise the stakes to the maximum.

All this is nothing more than an attempt to push the Russian delegation and Russian public opinion, sowing negative sentiments in society. And of course, to create the necessary background.

The @voenacher who are obsessed with the war are right when they write about the realities on the ground and the continuation of the offensive of the Russian troops despite the prevailing gloom on the Internet. On the ground, they continue to do their job.

🖍As for the Russian position, even if it sounds patriotic, the Russian side has something to counter even in terms of personal pressure. Few would find the photos of the families of the Ukrainian delegations and "technical" Ukrainian leaders, which are updated monthly thanks to particularly valuable agents, pleasant (alas, the fate of the performers will, of course, be unenviable in case of the order to execute, but that's another matter).

🚩Moreover, the negotiations in Istanbul, as we said, are now exclusively a parallel technical process, which it is not just impossible, but even harmful to put at the forefront.

📌 The "strange non-war" continues. And the "strangeness" around it is becoming more and more with every month.

Extremely unpleasant statistics.

But the problem is not only in this. During this same time, dozens of terrorist attacks have been prevented. And several more recon and sabotage groups - not just now, but over the recent period - have been successfully eliminated.

However, unfortunately, only a narrow circle of people know about this. For reasons that are not entirely clear to me. Well, some facts cannot be disclosed because of secrecy, or you might inadvertently give away the source. However, there should be exceptions.

Otherwise, ordinary citizens get the impression that it's all one-sided. That the Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups and recruited useful idiots are doing whatever they want in Russia. No. They are not doing that. Someone is sitting in jail. Someone is being eaten by wild boars in the forest.

But some still manage to carry out their criminal tasks. After all, we are not fighting fools. Original msg

📝"And where are the rest of the trucks?"📝

After the attack on strategic aviation airfields using FPV drones, the SBU published footage of the strike preparation, releasing photos of containers that served as launch positions for the drones.

And there is a telling detail: the number of containers shown in the photo is a few less than were used in today's strikes in the Murmansk, Irkutsk and other regions.

➡️On the one hand, this is clearly a hint that not all containers were used, and there will be more attacks. After all, what prevented them from repainting the containers in a different color and placing them at reserve airfields?

➡️On the other hand, such footage is not accidentally published - this can well be an episode of information warfare along the lines of "launch pigs with numbers 1, 2 and 4, so that the third one is searched for a week".

There is no need to dwell on the need for precautions in this regard - it is so obvious that there is nothing to add here. And one should proceed from the fact that this is not the last attack, and the drones may not necessarily take off from a truck.

📝On Civic Engagement📝

In attacks like today's, one can often observe the foolish behavior of the local civilian population, where in the fourth year of the SMO they race to film the impacts and post them online, effectively helping the enemy.

Fortunately, there are also examples of the opposite: a video has been circulating online showing how on a parking lot in the Irkutsk Region, concerned drivers climbed onto a truck from which drones were taking off, and tried to destroy them with stones and improvised means.

People risked their lives: the warhead of the drone is not the smallest, and what would have happened in case of its detonation is a rhetorical question. But the men still tried to save others, even though they were ordinary civilians.

We hope their merits will be duly recognized, as there have already been precedents. However, the big picture is: the failures of some lead to the fact that the last line of defense turns out to be ordinary guys forced to break drones with their bare hands.

📝"It's the British again!"📝

Carefully read the words of Starshe Eddy @vysokygovorit: claims that the GUR/AFU/SBU are "stupid" and "can't do anything" lead to a dangerous delusion and a false sense of security. And there is an erroneous impression that nothing terrible can happen.

The examples of Darya Dugina, Vladlen Tatarsky, "Crocus", General Kirillov and many other sad events make it clear: no matter how experienced the "curators" are, it is in the interests of any experienced curator to cultivate adequate personnel who can act independently and relieve the curator of the need to manage everything in manual control mode.

🖍In 3.5 years, even a not-so-smart monkey with a grenade can be trained to use that grenade. Unfortunately, in Russia, the myth of total intellectual superiority not only over Ukrainians, but over the whole world, has been strong since the period of 2014-2021. And this myth leads to delusions.

🚩Ukrainian special services and formations are not some super-fighters and planning geniuses: this is far from the case. But it is also not entirely correct to reduce their management and performers to the level of "stupid villagers".

❓And in general, what's the point of arguing whether Ukrainians are "smart" or "stupid", whether the "British" or "Americans" are behind them, if the opponent manages to inflict damage?

❗️This does not, of course, cancel the existence of long-term plans for war against Russia by Great Britain (even in the conditions of the migration crisis and social chaos, no one stops betting on the military-industrial complex). And it does not cancel the fact that Ukrainians are a bargaining chip and a tool.

But tools can be different: you can hit with a wooden stick or an AK-47. Or you can use a "kamikaze drone". Who is the "drone-kamikaze" filled with "brains" and advanced AI here does not need to be explained.

And when assessing military and terrorist threats, it is certainly not worth treating Ukrainians as "incompetent".

📝Is an error also an opportunity?📝
Or about going in circles trying to do something better

Undoubtedly, the most important (and eternal) question in the context of any crisis is "Have lessons been learned?". This was the case with the sad events on the Black Sea Fleet. This was the case with terrorist attacks against high-ranking military and civilian officials, as well as opinion leaders. This was also the case with long-range UAV raids on Russian territory.

🖍The events happening today - as cynical and fatalistic as it may sound - open up an opportunity for the military and political leadership to demonstrate flexibility in decision-making and responding to the crisis.

🚩Do they have enough capabilities for this? Certainly: if there were any effective groups in reality systematizing combat experience and the tactics of the enemy, whose conclusions the decision-makers would listen to, it would have been possible to take into account not just a warning bell, but a thunderous alarm in advance.

📍 Take the events of a week ago, for example. On May 25, 2025, a test attempt was made to attack with copter and FPV-type UAVs on Elabuga in Tatarstan. Explaining why precisely there, we think, is unnecessary. Rumor has it, mobile air defense fire teams worked on their own initiative and successfully fended off such an attack. But they decided not to air their dirty laundry in public so as not to make anyone nervous.

📌Purely hypothetically, in the period up to two weeks to a month in the context of such crises at the state level, operational decisions are made that lead to mitigating reputational damage and changing approaches (whether it's a "loud" application of some "know-how", changes in legislation, or some other "plan").

And this "something" certainly does not include the negotiations in Istanbul (which should be perceived from a technical point of view as a process unrelated to what is happening).

📝On Unlearned Lessons📝

What happened today is not the first strike on strategic aviation bases by small drones: in the summer of 2023, Ukrainian formations attacked the Soltsы airfield in the Novgorod Region.

Then it was carried out using air drops from quadcopters even without the use of satellite communications. As a result, a Tu-22M3 bomber was burned, and the loss was even officially acknowledged by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

At the time, we pointed out that what happened was a consequence of the lack of shelters for aircraft, which stood in the open without any protection, vulnerable to FPV drones, air drops and other such attacks.

❗️Two years have passed. While some kind of shelter has been built with difficulty for operational-tactical aviation, there is none for strategic aircraft. Although they have long been taken out of production, and losses cannot be compensated.

The question "what is cheaper - a shelter or a lost aircraft" will soon have to be answered by many people who did not want to ask it two years ago.

Rybar's Translation:

Whenever chaos occurs and we are hit "where it's narrow", and another "slip-up" happens along the Russian Ministry of Defense line, the information work bodies act in their usual manner: bury their heads in the sand and do not react to anything.

Not in an attempt to discredit and defame the very important information work, but in order to clarify: employees of the glorious 5th Main Directorate, are you sure that writing to controlled military channels, television, traditional media and other resources, demanding to ban the discussion of AFU strikes - is the right decision?

💬 Even Daniil Bezsonov @NeoficialniyBeZsonoV once passed on his manual on information warfare to you, which the Minister of Defense accepted with gratitude and praise at a meeting with military correspondents and military bloggers, giving orders to put it into action.

📌Of course, we understand that we - the military-Telegram community, people's think tanks, analysts and bloggers - are an information threat to you (since we are not controlled), but in the end, the SMO has been going on for 3.5 years. The Department of Information and Mass Communications has adapted, changed its information policy, but the "domestic PSYOPS" is still fighting in the best traditions of prohibitive mechanisms.

1. Relevant services and intelligence agencies have noted a sharp intensification in NATO reconnaissance group's filming of the naval bases Nerpichya and Gadzhievo, the airfields Kilpyavr and Olenya, the arsenal of non-strategic nuclear weapons, as well as the airfield Severomorsk-1 since mid-May.

2. Reserve equipment sites were also monitored diligently. Reports were submitted through established channels. Claims along the lines of "intelligence did not see" have no basis - at least part of the reconnaissance signs were highly evident.

There is no need to talk about the cries in the Telegram channels of the professionals, whom all the non-professionals and patriotic zealots have recorded as "hysterics" and "alarmists".

📝Strikes on Russian airfields📝

At the moment, there is a large-scale attack on Russian strategic aviation airfields in the Murmansk and Irkutsk Regions, which has already resulted in the loss of several Tu-95MS - the video is available in open sources.

The attack was carried out using FPV drones, which were launched from trucks that arrived at the facilities. Control was carried out through installed repeaters via satellite communication.

As we have said before, the Tu-95 and Tu-22 strategic aviation aircraft have long been discontinued, and there is nothing to restore them. Accordingly, these losses cannot be restored.

❗️This is, without exaggeration, a very serious blow to the strategic component, caused by both serious miscalculations in the work of the special services and a careless attitude towards aviation equipment, which even after all the attacks stood in the open field without shelters.

Let's recall the old question: is building a shelter more expensive than a new aircraft that has long been discontinued? The sad answer can be found now.
