The Kitakyushu Museum of Natural History and History (Inoshi no Tabi Museum) needs to outsource the transportation and display work of the borrowed materials to be exhibited at the summer special exhibition in 2025, so we will be holding a public competitive bidding to select a contractor. 2 Business overview

We will collect, transport, display, remove and return exhibit materials for the "Bones 2 Bonebone Sports Day" (held July 19th - September 23rd, 2025) at the Kitakyushu Museum of Natural History and History. For details, please refer to the "2025 Summer Special Exhibition Exhibit Material Transport and Other Operations Specifications."

3. Clients, etc.

(1) The client of this work is the 2025 Summer Special Exhibition Executive Committee.

(2) Procedures related to this business shall be determined in accordance with the Kitakyushu City Contract Regulations and related regulations in accordance with the Accounting Guidelines of the Executive Committee for the Summer Special Exhibition 2025.

6. Bidding and opening dates

(1) Date and time: Friday, June 13, 2020, 10:00 a.m.

7. Eligibility

Applicants must meet any of the following criteria:

(1) A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Enforcement Order of the Local Autonomy Law (Cabinet Order No. 16 of 1947).

(2) Be listed in the list of qualified contractors under Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Kitakyushu City Rules on Qualifications and Screening of Participants in Competitive Bidding for Contracts for the Supply of Goods, etc. (Kitakyushu City Rules No. 11 of 1995) or Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Kitakyushu City Rules on Qualifications and Screening of Participants in Competitive Bidding for Surveying Services, Construction Consulting Services, etc. (Kitakyushu City Rules No. 60 of 1994).

(3) The company is not currently under suspension from bidding by Kitakyushu City.

(4) There are no outstanding corporate taxes or local taxes in the place of business (such as corporate inhabitant taxes and business taxes).

8. Disqualification

If a bidder falls under any of the following by the date specified by the Contractor, the bidder will lose his/her eligibility to participate in this bid. In this case, the bidder will be notified in writing of his/her loss of eligibility and the reason for it.

(1) When a person no longer meets the eligibility requirements set forth in the preceding paragraph "6. Eligibility to Participate"

(2) When contacting a member of the Executive Committee of the Summer Special Exhibition 2025 for the purpose of obtaining unfair benefits

(3) When there is a violation of the bidding documents

(4) Any other acts or facts that impede fair competition have been determined by the Executive Committee of the Summer Special Exhibition 2025.
