BENTON, Mo. — A former graduate will be the new superintendent at Kelly Schools.
The Scott County R-4 School District Board of Education announced Friday that Dr. Bradley Kolwyck has been employed as the new superintendent for the Scott County R-4 School District for the 2021-2022 school year.
Kolwyck is currently the high school principal at Macks Creek School District in Macks Creek, Missouri.
Kolwyck is a 2000 graduate of Thomas W. Kelly High School and will replace Dr. Kevin Cogdill who resigned at the March school board meeting.
Kolwyck will begin his duties on July 1.
“We are beyond excited for him to come home to Thomas W. Kelly,” said Gail Riley, Board of Education secretary.
The Board of Education plans to announce a reception for Kolwyck in the near future so members of the community can meet the new superintendent.
