A gift box will be set up at the venue on the day of the event.
Please note that we cannot accept the following gifts:

・Opened or used items, food and drink
・ Cash, cash voucher, commemorative coin, discount voucher
・Dangerous items (gunpowder, fireworks, knives, etc.)
・ Electric machine (appliances, recording media, things that operate with electric batteries)
- (birthdate) can products, unprocessed material (animals, plants, insects)
- Items that are applied to the skin (cosmetics, perfume, bath salts, medicines, hygiene products)
・Underwear (shorts, trunks, etc.)
・Too big

*Please note that we may not be able to accept your request due to Other reasons determined by the management.
*Items that cannot be accepted will be discarded or returned at the discretion of the management.
*Please note that if there are costs such as shipping fees for disposal or return, these may be borne by the customer.
*Please note that due to the spread of infection, the installation of the gift box may be canceled.

*There is a limit to the number that can be installed at the venue.
We will respond to inquiries in the order in which they are received via the "Inquiries Form", so please contact us in advance before placing an order.

・Due to venue restrictions, flower stands that cannot be collected during the specified time period cannot be accepted.

・If you do not contact us in advance, we may refuse to install the equipment.

・Fresh flowers such as bouquets and flower arrangements cannot be accepted as gifts.

- Due to delivery issues such as traffic jams, delivery may be delayed at the specified time. Please note that the organizers cannot take responsibility in such cases.

・Line-up for entry will begin before the venue opens. Please cooperate by lining up according to instructions on the day.
・To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to ensure a safe event, we ask that you have your temperature taken upon entry.
・ Those with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will not be Admission. In that case, the Tickets price will not be refunded. note that.
-Everyone will be required to disinfect their hands with alcohol upon entry.

- Making noise using items not approved by the event organizers is strictly prohibited as it will interfere with the content and direction of the performance.
・Bringing food, drinks, or any other items deemed dangerous onto the hall floor is strictly prohibited. Hydration is permitted.
・ Please note that you are responsible for managing your luggage and valuables, and we are not responsible for any theft.
・ Please note that we do not take any responsibility in case of troubles in the venue, injuries or damages between customers.

・On the day of the event, taking any photos or videos of Artist, staff, or the venue is strictly prohibited (whether with a smartphone, single-lens reflex camera, digital camera, etc.).

▼Ticket Notes▼
・Preschool children are not allowed to enter.
・We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten tickets. Please keep them safe until the end of the performance.
・Resale of performance tickets is strictly prohibited.
If we find that a ticket has been put up for sale on an auction or resale site, or resold to a third party, the ticket may be invalidated. We will not be held responsible for any troubles that may occur with tickets purchased through resale.
・Please note that tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is postponed or canceled.
・If there is a suspicion of an infectious disease outbreak within the venue, the personal information of purchasers that was provided to the ticket sales company when purchasing the performance ticket may be provided to designated institutions in order to identify and contact close contacts, etc. We may also ask you to cooperate with interviews and questionnaires.

If the organizers and staff judge that you have caused a nuisance, such as not observing the above precautions and prohibitions, or not following the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave regardless of whether the performance is in progress. may be discontinued. Please note that no refunds will be given in that case.
