Shops @ Merced. We are excited to announce that construction has begun on the 86,000 square foot Sears box connected to the Merced Mall in Merced, CA. The building is being renovated and re-positioned with credit tenants. Leases have been signed with Ulta, Five Below, Petco, Rack Room Shoes, Burlington, Bath & Body Works and Mattress Firm. In addition, Aspen Dental will be located on one of the planned free-standing pad buildings. We can’t wait to have these tenants open in the fourth quarter of 2025.
