● 曲を最初に聴いた年と発表年が一致しなかったり、何でこの曲・この順序なのかは、僕の内輪関係者にしか判らないように作ってありますので予めご了承ください。それではスタート。

メモ : ある日の渋谷の居酒屋で、ルースターズ・ファンの方に名前を教えてもらいました。

メモ : 曲によって好き嫌いが…の中から、シングルのカップリング曲を。

メモ : これはリレコ版(advantage Lucyがコーラス)で、本来挙げたかったのはコンピ盤『TAKAYUKI FUKUMURA with Friends』(2004年)収録のリバーブの効いたヴァージョン(→『Befor & After Part 2 (Original Album未収録音源編)』参照)。

メモ : 2008年9月28日@渋谷eggmanでライヴを観ていて(ゲストがadvantage Lucyだった)、木村カエラに提供した「Magic Music」も少し歌っていました(あ、動画があった。僕がいたのはもうちょい左側)。

◉ Luminous Orange "Every Single Child" (2007／from the album "Sakura Swirl")

メモ : どの作品も素晴らしいけど特に愛着があるのは『Sakura Swirl』。ちなみに配信版は全8曲(アメリカ盤CDと同内容)、後発の日本盤CDは「shigatsu no yoru」「sakura park (ifwhen remix)」が追加された全10曲入り。

◉ Paul Weller "Have You Made Up Your Mind" (2008／from the album "22 Dreams")

◉ STRUTTIN UNLIMITED "Peace Of Mind" (2008／from the album "DREAM ENSEMBLE")

メモ : "STRUTTIN UNLIMITED"は井上富雄(The Roosters, blue tonic etc.)のソロ・プロジェクト作品。ゲスト・ヴォーカルを迎えた「Everybody Loves The Sunshine」(Roy Ayers)を始め、Soul Jazz系統のインストゥルメンタル作品を中心に収録。CDのみのリリースでストリーミング配信版は無し(2024年現在)。個人的には井上さんのキャリアで特に好きなアルバム。

メモ : たぶんFUJI ROCK FESTIVALでたまたま演奏を見かけて知った気がする。

◉ Chick Corea "What Games Shall We Play Today?" (1972／from the album "Light As A Feather (Deluxe Edition)")

◉ Chick Corea "La Fiesta" (1972／from the album "Return To Forever")

メモ : 2008年頃はChick Corea関連をよく聴いていて、この曲が特にお気に入り。翌年(体調悪いまま行った)池袋HMVでのサイン会で本人と会えたのが嬉しかった。

◉ Bobbi Humphrey "Just A Love Child" (1974／from the album "Blacks and Blues")

◉ Donald Byrd "Places And Spaces" (1975／from the album "Places and Spaces")

メモ : 物心が付いた頃に聴き覚えがあったような無いような…70年代後半ってこういう音楽がよく聞こえていたってのもあるかもしれない。

◉ Karin Krog "Raindrops, Raindrops" (1974／from the album "We Could Be Flying")

◉ Horace Silver "Safari" (1952／from the album "Horace Silver Trio")

◉ Bud Powell "Un Poco Loco" (1951／from the album "The Amazing Bud Powell, Vol. 1")

◉ Bud Powell "Autumn In New York" (1953／from the album "The Amazing Bud Powell, Vol. 2")

◉ Bobby Hutcherson "Little B's Poem" (1965／from the album "Components")

◉ Grant Green "Love On A Two Way Street" (1971／from the album "Visions")

◉ Robert Casadesus "Menuet sur le nom d'Haydn, M. 58" (1952／from the album "Casadesus Plays Piano Music of Ravel")

メモ : Classicは聴いたり聴かなかったり…なのは、曲が長い、タイトルが細か過ぎて憶えられない、演奏者によって弾き方やテンポが違う…とか些細な理由で挫折する😅。なので短くて判りやすそうな曲から聴く感じで。この曲も50年代のモノラル録音だけど、聴いてしっくり来るテイクという理由で挙げてみました。
