But on the other hand, all of them bonding over the shared experience will ensure they keep in touch, plus, once Izuku is allowed to use his Quirk again, everyone will get a brand new younger sibling to train with.
Considering they're around four years old at the time, they might think it's awesome

Menagerie x Young Heroes Camp x Heroes and Pokemon: Inko was very adamant that Izuku doesn't use his Quirk on any of his friends at camp. He didn't. Instead, he kept trying to apply the Quirk to himself. When he finally did get a reaction, the whole camp gathered to see what he would make. Meaning they all got caught in the blast of his Quirk misfire and got turned alongside him.

Young Hero Camp x Akatani Mikumo x engineered solutions: not only does have to deal with keeping him old friends recognizing him but he has to deal with the fact he’s crushing on two of them. It's like a soap opera plot. Izuku pining for the girls but trying to keep his distance out of paranoia, and ochako and Mei pining as well but can't get to him until the dorms happen and he can finally reveal and its all super melodramatic, probably with a big love confession and kiss between the 3 of them.

Young Heroes Camp x In The West: Midoriya and Uraraka figured out they went to the same summer camp relatively quickly (like within a week or two of the start of the year). The rest of 1-A back at UA, on the other hand, still hasn't figured it out by the time of the Provisional Licensing Exam.
Midoriya would probably have to tell Uraraka but with just the two of them he'd be more willing to do that sooner.
Also imagine them watching the Sports Festival like, "Wait a minute..."
