There are several things that could cause courses to not display in Canvas:

Please click on Courses in the left hand navigation pane and select All Courses.

• If you can see your course here but cannot click on it, please speak to your course coordinator.
• If you cannot see any courses here, please check whether you have successfully enrolled in your course in Student Services Online. If your courses are still in the enrolment cart, you will need to make sure you finalise your enrolment by selecting these courses, and clicking 'enrol'.

If you have recently enrolled in courses on Student Services Online, please allow 30 minutes for them to display on Canvas.

If you have checked the information above, and still cannot see your courses on Canvas, please contact Student Contact and Support on studentinfo@auckland.ac.nz.
