I agree with you Jane. The CF had the highest and most obvious duty to act. They accepted the money from the crowdsale, but then recuse themselves of any and all responsibility to make the buyer's whole. It led to a difficult road that took years to unwind. We made every effort to keep them informed and involved. They continued to wash their hands of the situation.
I guess they call it self-inflicted. I agree with the assessment that creating them and funding them in the first place was a self-inflicted mistake that cannot now be corrected. And we all have no say whatsoever in their conduct and oversight.
