When enrolling in MI Card Plus or MI Card Basic
Points Redemption Notice
  • [Point redemption eligibility]
    Purchases made in-store by presenting the Isetan Mitsukoshi app between one week prior to and three weeks after the application date for your MI Card Plus or Basic MI Card, or purchases made at the online store by logging in with your Isetan Mitsukoshi Web member ID, are eligible for a total of 5% points rebate for the MI Card Plus (8% for the Gold Card) and a total of 2% points rebate for the MI Card Basic.
  • [Regarding point redemption period]
    Of the total points you have earned at the time of enrollment, excluding the 0.5% awarded at the time of shopping (1.5% for MI Card Basic, 4.5% for MI Card Plus, 7.5% for MI Card Plus Gold), will be refunded to you three weeks after you apply for the card or two days after the date of enrollment, whichever is later.
  • [Points not eligible for redemption]
    If any of the following conditions ① to ④ apply, you will not be eligible for point redemption.
  • ① If you do not meet your request due to the prescribed examination
  • ② If the link between your Mitsukoshi Isetan WEB member ID and the MI Card you signed up for is cancelled on the day of point redemption.
  • ③ If the screening is not completed within 81 days, including the date of application for the MI Card.
  • ④ If you pay in cash for items that have been booked for more than 3 weeks before you receive them.

Precautions regarding point rate
  • ・If you use the temporary card to shop at a Mitsukoshi Isetan Group department store, please check the precautions printed on the temporary card's backing.
  • ・For groceries, items under 3,000 yen (excluding tax), restaurant and cafe purchases, and some sales items, a total of 1% points will be returned. (However, the point rate may differ depending on the product.)
  • ・ Sale items, lucky bags, shipping fees, catalog gift system fees, tailoring fees, processing fees, repair fees, box fees, some brands, and specific products (various gift certificates, game consoles, charity items, etc.) are not eligible for point redemption.
  • ・ The point rate may vary depending on the item. For details, please check at each sales floor.
  • ・The point rate for the one-time bonus payment will be 1% in total.
  • ・Points will not be awarded when used in conjunction with the MI Friendship Club Shopping Card or Shareholders' Courtesy Card. Points cannot be used for payment.
  • ・The point rate at Isetan Mitsukoshi Group department stores is the point rate awarded per 100 yen (excluding tax) spent.
  • ・If you use MI Points, points will be awarded based on the amount after using the points.
