20:35, 18 May 2025 Reply to post in Gender Questions: Errgender isn't a great match. You're suggesting this umbrella term to every "What gender am I?" post, even if a given OP is zedgender. People's identities are unique so, maybe you shouldn't suggest the same label to everyone. If you want to help people figure out their gender, it's great to research identities that go beyond the scope of your own, or to use your knowledge that OP can't otherwise find. I'm sure you have lots of gender identities on your mind.

A flexible ruler is stupid honestly, isnt the point that its not flexible? If you give a young child a regular ruler, or even an unwise teenager, it's most likely going to break. Flexible rulers prevent those consequences because people tend to put objects in the corner of the table or they play with rulers like a toy. The ruler won't break if it falls. Even if the regular ruler is strong, it can still break. Once upon a time, I was an idiot. Then, idiot me snapped a wooden ruler in two. My mom gave me a flexible ruler and I loved how it bent, so much so that I kept it. The end.

I'm not even being a snowflake here, lying is really bad in general. But, if you're at an alarming health risk, it's important to look at the root of the cause, which can be, but is not limited to, obesity. Also, skinny and fat people alike can be gorgeous, despite what media and your family tell you. Basically, your family's too ignorant to understand the nuances of being fat, and assume it's a 100% bad thing. Don't listen to simpletons.

I did a water balloon fight with a friend as a child, and while their shirt became see-through, I thought it was a superpower. I learned later that it's because their shirt was white, so definitely avoid that colour, because that "superpower" is more like a dysphoric curse. Also, Elliot, it's good that you say no. but it's common for family to not understand the concept of consent. In fact, I witnessed similar events. Please seek help. Forced actions can intensify until they reach criminal levels, and reporting them lets you hope that one day, you'll stop dealing with familial creeps. Families think they can treat child/teenage members like a Barbie doll, but you have feelings too. Have some filter, parents and grandparents. They're ruining the childhood of the exact person they care about so much, you. How contradictory and sad! When we speak about it, they start victim blaming. Ever heard of space, privacy or boundaries? Avoid those creepy family members at all costs. They don't deserve you. They just want you for their own gain.

Data scrapers store gmails they find online, then they pay others to see the collection. Anything can be done once that business sees your email, including getting spam. That's just the tip of the iceberg, so please avoid exposing your or anyone's gmail online if you don't want to know the other consequences. For security purposes, you're better off enabling the "Ask" or "Submit" feature, which respectively look like this and this on my Nebula Horizon blog. It's normal in various cultures to use the letter X to imply a non-binary gender. X is used as a placeholder letter in various topics such as algebra, and since non-binary genders can be ANYTHING, X is our best choice. X can also symbolize absence, which means it equally represents agender people. There's the non-binary Japenese gender called x-gender, and in Spanish, people sometimes replace the -o or -a ending with -x when someone's gender is unknown or nonbinary. (e.g. latino, latina, latinx) With so many masculine and feminine words in place, adding an X is simply the best way to make a neuter word.

It's when the funky things are intense or frequent that a problem may rise. You can have ND symptoms without being ND yourself, but jolt down quirks you notice about yourself and figure out how you can summarize it (with a label), and how you can find people who relate. For example, if you have synesthesia, but you don't have autism, there's lots of forums related to this lifelong trait.

I have overt ADHD and covert autism, so I should not see this. Not everything's overt! Neurodivergency and personality are so diverse that the only way you know someone is neurodivergent is by asking them, especially because those traits overlap sometimes. Let's not treat them as something trivial, you collected a lot of labels already. I know your intentions, just be careful. If curiousity is a thirst, don't rely on random netizens to quench it. They can say anything.

If someone wants to know more about your identity, I don't think they would mind a yap session. Additionally, you can select a tint, but based on the category, I don't think there's any that can summarize your gender well, let alone flags. OP: There's a website called Pronoun Dressing Room where text can be generated based on what name and pronouns you go by. In the "Pronoun Closet" section, a list of neopronouns are offered to you if you want to try out all the... ice cream flavours? Yes, pronouns are like ice cream. You default to vanilla because it's the starter pack flavour, the one everyone recommends. He/him for AMABs and she/her for AFABs in their early life. Eventually, as you realize you're queer, there's other ice cream flavours to try. Chocolate, strawberry, banana, mint, the possibilities are endless. Eventually, you become comfortable with an ice cream flavour and you only eat that one; you only identify as this pronoun. But, it's also possible to like more than one flavour and order a Neapolitan ice cream; multiple pronouns. (Fun fact: It's any set of three ice cream flavours, and doesn't have to be chocolate, strawberry or vanilla.)

I don't want the innocent messages to be deleted just because they come from a user who made an inappropriate reply. However, if I'm having a problem with a specific user, I want to keep communicating with them. I want to work things out and tell each other "sorry", even with the help of staff. DNIs are the opposite, as they seperate two users from each other. For me, they're a nightmare. (Side note: if a DNI is issued on me I will respect it, however I don't like to restrict specific users from interacting with me. I think they can have a second chance.)

If a few users bother you, you either don't respond or you take a break from here. You can also go to their message wall, tell them what they did wrong and ask them to apologize, while trying to understand why they messed up. These people are humans with good faith. I don't know about Gendercoiningperson since I don't talk to them much, but so far, LittenGMD stopped with the troll-ish behaviour, and that user even helped me with a hard editing task. People CAN and WANT to improve. Tolerance lets you see their evolution.
20:02, 13 May 2025 Reply to post in Wiki Announcements: Since staff can issue DNIs on the behalf of other users, I'll have to let them know that I don't want them to tell any specific users to stop interacting with me. I'm not a big fan of using DNIs, because I'm aware of the freedom netizens have and I'm accepting it. I'm also a big fan of second chances, so even if I argue with lots of users, I'm still open to other kinds of discussions with said users. I want them to apologize to me themself. That doesn't mean I'll be sad if I can't interact with a specific user, that just means I don't want to restrict anyone from interacting with my account. Staff needs my consent if they feel like a user is too shady to reach my posts and message wall.
