Just completed the movie and gotta admit it's a fresh new concept which was very appealing. Imo this is not so much as a fiminist revenge movie but more than that. This is my first time watching anything made by Emerald Fennell (other than The Crown) and she is absolutely amazing 👌.
And I agree with you vegan that some women aren't taken seriously and they should be.

Just got around to watch the movie – well, since its feminist revenge movie, the girls will (most likely) love it and the boys will feel their testes shriveling as the movie goes on. It's (IMHO) polite version of "I Spit On Your Grave" with no happy ending, really.

I love that mostly comedic actors are used for a very serious story, and the music choices are songs that aren't taken serious, which is the gist of the movie – some women aren't taken seriously, and they should be.
