Midea will acquire 
BDR Thermea China’s existing business including manufacturing, sales operations and the relevant technologies.
As part of a brand licensing agreement, Midea will continue to use Baxi, De Dietrich, Chappee, and Brötje, to extend its brand portfolios exclusively for China.
BDR Thermea Group will retain a scaled-down operation in China focused on global strategic sourcing.
Midea will supply boiler products and related service to BDR Thermea for various markets post-acquisition.
