Why? It's irrelevant to switch from one redemption mechanism to another. Any secondary market ada holder had nothing to do with this. It was strictly for the unredeemed voucher holders. It also was communicated as part of the upgrade. It simplified every cardano wallet. All normal holders knew when daedalus no longer had a redemption tab.
Also it just invited more people in to target the buyers via social engineering to steal their funds. Broadcasting served no useful purpose and a lot of harm. The only person who cares is a person trying to use this event as a dogwhistle to allege theft of funds.
