| Viewing rules | [Ticket Information] Ticket sales and admission procedures are in accordance with the overall ticketing and operational policies of OSAKA EXPO. For ticket cancellations or changes, please contact the OSAKA EXPO ticket office. Ticket reservations and changes are available until early May; no changes will be allowed after the draw. [Concert Information] This concert is a standing event. Children under the age of 8 may attend only if accompanied by a guardian. [Entrance Queue Information] This event allows entry only to audience members who have won the ticket lottery, and entry will be conducted via the QR system. To minimize congestion during entry, queue number tickets (整理券) will be distributed. Please carefully read the following information to ensure smooth admission. Queue Ticket Distribution Time: May 13, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Waiting Time: May 13, 3:00 PM – 4:20 PM Entrance Time: May 13, from 4:30 PM~ Queue tickets will be distributed in front of Gates 1 and 2 of the venue: Blocks A & C → Gate 1 Blocks B & D → Gate 2 Your QR code confirming your ticket win will be checked when receiving your queue ticket. Please make sure to have it ready in advance. Once you receive your queue ticket, you will also be given a guidance sheet. Please check the designated waiting time listed and return to the same gate where you received your ticket at the assigned time to line up. Please note the following restrictions: You may not line up at your own discretion after receiving the queue ticket. No early waiting is allowed before 3:00 PM. You may not line up before your assigned waiting time, even after 3:00 PM. Please return to the venue at your designated waiting time and follow the instructions accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation. [Admission Information] Admission to this concert is via a QR code system. Only those with a valid QR code will be admitted. Each QR code can be used only once for entry and cannot be reused. Please be advised that the regulations regarding permitted items are in accordance with the overall rules of the Osaka Expo. For detailed information about items that may be brought into the venue, please refer to the official Osaka Expo website. Seat assignments will be made in order of ticket number from the front row. Please note that seats cannot be changed. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and security for a safe and orderly admission process. [General Information] Changes to performers, schedules, or performance details may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. Please note that re-entry will not be permitted once you have entered the venue. The organizer, sponsors, and artists are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items that occur at the venue. The use of professional cameras, recording devices, and other equipment is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized filming or recording is not allowed. Please be aware that you may be photographed or filmed during the event, and your image may be used on the organizer’s or artist’s website or social media. |
