Download and keep the audio file in the same directory/folder as the video file and then play the video file using MPC-HC. After the player launches right-click in the middle of the player and select “Audio Track” and then click the external audio file.

NOTE – You gotta rename the audio file same as the video file (except for the extension of course).

I’d recommend “MKVToolNix”. For starters, just drag/drop your files on it and click “Start multiplexing”, provided, the movie and the audio track have the exact same length…
