Tainai Kogen Winery Merlot Réserve Privée 2016
A special wine that was laid down in the brewery by Tainai Highland Winery. Brewed with carefully selected grapes, "Reserve Privé" means a special and special bottle. We use 100% self-grown Merlot. It has no corners and a smooth mouthfeel, and it is a delicious vintage even if it is drunk cold.

Using Merlot from Shiojiri, Nagano Prefecture, and barrel-aged wine in American oak and French oak is blended in the best balance. It has a mellow taste that exudes the goodness of each.
