simple.. just join a race and you'll see who has a driver's license. the ones who dont know how to use their brakes dont have drivers licenses. i'm talking about the players. ofcourse our characters dont have drivers licenses.. everything they do is illegal.

Probably not. It's not like the police care, you so much as fart in their general direction and you get a bullet in the bum for your troubles

Should we also bother with a pilot's license, boating license, weapon registration, concealed weapons permits, legitimate fronts for our incredible income, and the incredible measures that keep us from getting hunted down and being put permanently on the run by the LSPD, FIB, etc. and having our possessions seized by the government due to our incredibly public criminal acts?

It would be nice to know how the hell one character can do literally everything. I kinda feel like a terminator from well the terminator movies. A simple scan and I know everything

From some of the driving I've seen from players no.

Or at the very least they've had a licence but it was revoked long ago.

Same can be said for npc drivers too.

But considering it is a game revolving around crime and car theft etc, our characters are not going to worry about such trivialities as a car licence.

That's something that's bothered me forever.

Do they have a license to OPERATE A CAR?!

My Korean girl was like 17 when she was kidnapped and saved herself and all the other girls from being abducted and sold off. Since freed she's been called a murderer, serial killer and all she does is cut through the red tape and cut some nads off people hurting other people. That said she wouldn't have her license anymore if she did have them because she's 27 now and you can't just go and renew them after she just finished a group of heists to support her vigilante endeavors.

Yes my chars NEED a story sorry for the long explanation.

I understand it, but it's the thing,. I just wondered if they have one. It's not like I NEED to know, but it'd be cool to know.

You've killed thousands of people in the game.

A drivers license is the least of your characters problem.

Plus, what would the cops do? "Oh you just killed a man, but could we see your license first."

The youngest age for GTA Online protagonist is 21,so they probably did get a driving license at the age of 16(or some other age if they are not American). Not to mention how they can operate many various cars and bikes, they had to learn to drive somewhere.

My uncle didn't get his license till he was 26 and started driving around the age of 12. You don't need a license to learn how to drive.

Send the idea to Rockstar and they would be happy to apply it in the game and the next games.

Driver License - Car: $800,000

Driver License - Bike: $750,000

Driver License - Truck: $1,500,000

Pilot License - Heli: $3,500,000

Pilot License - Plane: $7,000,000

Watercraft License - Boat: $2,000,000

Watercraft License - Submarine: $4,000,000

Without license, your character won't be able to steal and drive. 100% R* approved.

True,I also learned to ride a motorcycle when I was 12,but I didn´t have any license until last year. What I meant to say was that most people generally learn to drive in driving schools.
