You’re the one who’s confused—and dangerous. The Constitution applies to persons, not just citizens. That’s why SCOTUS in Zadvydas v. Davis made clear non-citizens have due process rights. The 4th Amendment doesn’t vanish because someone lacks papers. If armed agents storm a home in Florida without a judicial warrant, that’s still a violation of Stand Your Ground and Castle Doctrine. You don’t get to sidestep the Constitution by labeling someone “illegal.” If this regime thinks it can bypass court orders and enter private homes without a warrant, then everyone—citizen or not—is at risk.
