This is exactly what I’ve been warning about. To every journalist in America: you’re next. If you stay silent while Trump guts PBS and escalates attacks on the free press, don’t be surprised when your turn comes.
If you want public support, start earning it. Report the truth—call Trump what he is: a fascist, a wannabe dictator, and an economic wrecking ball. Stop softening the narrative. If you’re not willing to stand up for the public, don’t expect the public to stand up for you.
